I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with DJ Alexander's service. Despite paying rent and advance, I was handed keys to an empty, unfurnished flat on (25/01/2025) Saturday, contrary to our agreement. To make matters worse, the flat was in a appalling condition: - Broken cupboard doors - Mould in the bathroom - Broken door handle for the main door - Bins bags with unwanted stuff I've been calling the property manager, Sophie Alley, since Saturday, and it's now [30/01/2025] with no solution or estimated date for repairs. I still can't move into the flat! DJ Alexander's lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability is staggering. They seem to prioritize collecting rent over providing basic services. Unless you want to risk being left in a similar situation, I strongly advise against using DJ Alexander.

I was really helped by Sophie in getting my house. She provided great support and helped me learn more about my new home. She is very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist whenever I have questions. Even after moving in, she continues to be a great help. A very respectful and kind person—I truly appreciate her support

I recently had the pleasure of securing a rental contract with Laura Mctaggart from DJ Alexander. She guided me ably through each step in the process and ensured I fully understood what was required. Alexandra came to complete our annual flat inspection. She was very friendly, helpful, considerate and respectful. She phoned in advance to let me know when she was going to arrive. This was very helpful as I was working from home that day and had online meetings scheduled. Alexandra checked and reported the repairs that were needed and completed the check efficiently with the least disruption possible. I was very impressed with her professionalism, punctuality and kindness.
