I live in Canada and they made the whole process simple. The replies were prompt,professional and helpful. United Kingdom | 07 February 2025Robbed! Ordered a hyacinth and tulip bouquet, only tulips arrived. I can understand if they substituted the hyacinths but this was not the case. Customer service believe the order was fulfilled to their standards… this is a joke. Do not buy. Also, they were late.

United Kingdom | 06 February 2025Terrible service. If you live anywhere north of the border then I wouldn't even consider ordering here. Especially if you want the flowers for a certain date. They use Royal Mail for delivery and say to allow an extra day for transit to Scotland. They wont send the flowers a day early to allow for this extra day's transit incase they die in transit apparently so the flowers will never arrive on the day requested. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired as well.

United Kingdom | 06 February 2025My Daughters sent me Flowers from this Company. They were delivered upside down and by day 3 they were dead,I rang them the following morning to complain. I was told because it was over 3 days they couldn’t do anything about it. I am just gutted my Daughters wasted their money. They issued a voucher,but tbh I don’t think I will use it,after this experience. Just be aware if they are delivered by Royal Mail,they will not be handled appropriately.
