Always happy with the quality of flowers. Lots of choice and quick and efficient service. I pay for a year's delivery which is definitely worth it as i cover the cost with just 2 orders

I received flowers ordered through Prestige Flowers but after a couple of days noticed some were already wilting. I contacted the customer services team and within 10 minutes of my initial call (I'd needed to email over photos of the bouquet), had confirmation from them that a new bouquet was on its way. Great customer service!

These guys do all the hard work. And gifts are super classy. Website is easy to use. I am not tech savvy, but I can do it. Flowers and gifts are in beautiful condition on arrival, photos from UK deliveries have shown on multiple occasions. Great for last minute gift as they do next day delivery. So avoids stress. Reassuring confirmation email and receipt of delivery. Never been let down. Can't recommend highly enough. I have used for Xmas, birthday, New baby etc. All exceptionally good service. Thank you.

This company is a rip off. It appears that most of these reviews could be fake or bought. If you look at the real reviews most are bad. The flowers I received looked nothing like the photo. In fact I would say that they look like a bunch of flowers you could get from Aldi for £8, I paid £34. Luckily they were sent to someone I live with so I could actually see what was received. I would be gutted if these were sent to someone, they are poor quality. Do not use this company! Find a local florist who would be very grateful of your business.
