United Kingdom | 06 February 2025I've been a member for several years now, and I love how easy it is to order flowers and gifts for friends and relatives. To even be able to order them a vase with their flowers is so handy! And for there to be a monthly well priced bouquet, with flowers relevant to that month or season. Spring bulbs currently for example! And if you want to make the bouquet larger, you can see exactly how many stems of each flower that buys you. Which is SO much better than 'larger by an unspecified amount'. I have sent galentine's flowers anonymously to a friend who really needed a cheer up, birthday flowers with added on present and card, and very simple daffodils to cheer up a friend one year. 100 daffodils in fact!! And even tho I sent her a vase too, she had to separate them and display them in teapots, old coffee pots she collects, and even the odd pint glass! But it meant every single window ledge in her house had at least some daffodils on it. And with the heating on, they all bloomed that same day! They were just stunning. I have since sent them to various other friends. Including one who had just moved into a care home, and she found them so bright and cheery that it made the move go a lot easier on her. Flowers don't have to cost the earth to be meaningful, but the options and offers on this site mean you can pick and choose how much you want to spend, and on what, very easily. And the care they take with delivery, I have never had a bunch turned up damaged, or a present broken (not even one of the vases), means you can trust them to deliver a beautiful gift every time! This is a genuine review from a long time customer! I've not been paid or sponsored to make this post (I wish! Lol). I'm just a genuinely satisfied customer, who has just ordered a bouquet for a family member today and had a popup asking me to leave.a review, so I did!

United Kingdom | 06 February 2025I really like prestige flowers there flowers are beautiful I buy them for my family, friends, myself and they always last a long time if you look after them properly like they advise you. They also deliver on the day you requested them. I have used other flower companies before but now I just stick with Prestige Flowers because they’re a better company and there flowers are much nicer.

Both times I had to chase delivery, after 18:00 in the end, and on the second occasion, they overcharged me by not upgrading the item as paid for. Never again! 06/02: So, a poor stock response - and no offer to refund the £10 I overpaid...avoid avoid!!

Wont be purchasing from them again very over priced

A sparse bunch of flowers arrived (more greenery than flowers), roses needed to be thrown away just 3 days later. Sent them a picture of the remaining flowers 5 days post delivery and was informed that they only accept complaints within 3 days! Shocking - Do Not Use! Edit - what a response, no offer of an excuse, a reason why such a substandard bunch of flowers was sent, no offer to replace or reimburse - says it all really!

Didn't get compensation for the delivery charge. Flowers came all droopy and sad-looking but apparently, it is within policy. Just going to use a local in the future, crazy lack of support.

I wanted to support a local business and a neighbour even offered to collect the flowers but I declined as guaranteed next day delivery was stated on the website if the order was made before 10pm I made the order around 5pm for a birthday gift for my elderly relative, the delivery address was LOCAL, about a 10 min routine drive from the shop. They sent the flowers via Royal Mail 300 miles to their MIDLAND Hub! so no surprise they didn't arrive the next day. Their response was not sympathetic, just a standard T&C blurb about deliveries to certain 'hard to reach' areas may take another day and they will refund the delivery cost if they take more than 3 days!!! Big deal. Not exactly the 100% satisfaction guaranteed offer their website states.
