United Kingdom | 19 February 2025I purchased some flowers for my partner on valentines day when she received them they didn't look very good at all .I contacted prestige flowers about it and the sent her a lovely bunch back the next day .I had used them for 5 years and hadn't had any trouble in the past

United Kingdom | 19 February 2025Paid Extra for medium bouquet and could of bought better from Tesco!! Contacted customer service and all their responses were copy and paste, I could not get a proper answer out of them .They told me to go to my card provider for refund and now I have been told to return bouquet of flowers that I bought as birthday gift 2 weeks , I originally complained the day after the flowers have been delivered, Very disappointed as I have used this company 5 times before and never had a problem . Lack of customer service is appalling, they need to deal with customer complaints themselves, instead of fobbing customers off . Update - Still no refund as requested

United Kingdom | 19 February 2025Appalling You don’t get what you pay for! My parter ordered a large bouquet for Valentine’s Day but a standard size arrived. Not only was it a small bunch but there were flowers that had broken heads and have already started to wilt. After sales useless! Avoid at all costs!!

United Kingdom | 19 February 2025I sent some flowers for my mum's 90th birthday. I had paid extra for a card to be put in the box. No card was in the box, and the flowers were old and of inferior quality. I have photos of the flowers - my sister sent them to me - she was equally cross on my behalf. I would not bother, I should have used M&S or Next - about 1000% better. Very disappointing - I had used them in the past. Never again. It's not every day that your mum's 90!!

United Kingdom | 19 February 2025Ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day and couldn’t believe what my partner received. They cost £40 but could have got better flowers from the local woods. I took photos and sent them to prestiage flowers and they admitted they were poor. They offered me a £10 voucher but I’ve refused it. I can’t believe how unprofessional they are. It looks to me once they get the money they don’t care. I’ve seen there responses to post similar to mine. All they say is sorry. Pathetic, don’t go near them. Just got that reply below and it’s the same as everyone got. I’m taking this to trading standards and not going to let it go.

United Kingdom | 19 February 2025What I ordered to what I recieved was terrible , spoke to two different customer service agents which didn’t see an issues just copied and pasted same generic answers from a sheet barely read the messages I was sending. Foliage in the photo is what makes the bouquet look nice and full I recieved 1 twig with some leaves on as foliage which is acceptable apparently an meets there standards 🤣 I have photos but can’t upload them to here , the agents seen photos said nothing wrong 😑

United Kingdom | 18 February 2025Disappointing experience Ordered some valentines flowers, as I have done before I know fresh flowers can take a while to open up before you see the true potential. Arrived as expected on the Friday and they still had not opened by today (4 days later) and the roses had already started to die on day 1. Bearing in mind when this order is placed on the very same webpage as the flowers themselves it states '7 day satisfaction guarantee' therefore with that being said I thought it would be a simple process to get to a sensible resolution of a replacement or a refund. But no... I was told about a hidden T&C I accepted when I created an account (I checked out as a guest) then I was told no I accepted the T&C when I placed the order... In that you must contact them within 3 days if you are unhappy, since when did they create their own consumer law? Customer agent also contradicting themselves. After highlighting the contradictory statements and issuing a credit card dispute and raising to the consumer ombudsman they finally after much back and forth offered a replacement bouquet, lets hope these ones turn up in better condition than the first. Perhaps make this 3 day 'rule' more prominent within the ordering process and also if the 7 day satisfaction does not apply to all items on the site I would suggest removing such a banner from the items it does not apply too. Its still there today on the flowers I ordered, which to any consumer looking at the website would imply there is a 7 day guarantee of the satisfaction of the customer on such a purchase, apparently not, but again it doesn't say that anywhere. It should not take the best part of 30/45 mins chatting to an agent to resolve something so simple.

United Kingdom | 18 February 2025I ordered Valentine Day Flowers, however they did not arrive on Valentine's Day even though they had a "guaranteed delivery for that day". Prestige have told me this was a fault with their couriers ! and there is nothing they can do. I asked for a Refund and they basically told me to "Go AWAY ! ". Poor Customer Service and they have a "100% customer service guarantee" ! I had to buy some more flowers on Valentines day that cost me another £55 ! So I am out of Pocket ! AVOID this company ! Use a local Florist I should of !

United Kingdom | 18 February 2025Absolute disgrace of a company. Bouquet arrived in a mess, all roses black at top, snapped flowers, petals everywhere, barely a live flower in there. The card included with the order had a very obvious printing error too. Over 10 photos were sent via email and live chat and they still asked for more. I was offered £15 credit on an order that cost £53 and I refused. They then offered to re send the flowers but the day was gone by this point so I asked for a full refund and then they stopped talking to me and suggested I should go to my bank and refused to engage any further. I eventually managed to get a refund over the phone but we were still chraged £9 for express delivery which they refused to refund depsite the order being fit for the bin. Two hours dealing with this company and I will never use them again.

United States | 18 February 2025flower came very small bunch for priced paid.Didnt resemble the picture at all. Customer service did nothing but support the florist. My advise leave this site well alone. Go to Tesco you get 3 time the amount for your money and theres no differents in quailty.Nothing Prestige about this company.

United Kingdom | 18 February 2025Sent flowers for Valentines and the postal service tried to deliver to an address that I did not give the property where it is sent was a shop that's open till 9pm and does not require anyone to ring a doorbell but the delivery driver wrote no answer, I went on royal mail to send this to the post office for the 15th Feb as they give this option for failed deliveries and today is now the 18th Feb and the post office has still not received it nor have they got it in the depot still says in Transit. I asked for a refund and they have said no and they have asked me to raise a card dispute instead which is ridiculous. Never using this company again.

United Kingdom | 18 February 2025Awful quality, do not buy from this company if you want fresh flowers. We were delive

United Kingdom | 18 February 2025The delivery supplier (Royal Mail) could not deliver the flowers at a reasonable time for a delivery to an office, two days running, eventually the flowers arrived at my home (having switched after two failed deliveries at my wife's office) 4 days late, flowers obviously were ruined. Their customer service was like an AI bot reply and only when pushed would discuss the issues raised but absolutely refused to take any responsibility for the delivery, which I have discovered is against consumer protection laws. I requested a refund which was refused so I will be reporting them to trading standard, as advised by citizens advice. The service is fine when there are no issues but as soon as there are issues it is terrible. Look at Trip advisor score for a true reflection of their service.

United Kingdom | 18 February 2025NOTHING PRESTIGE ABOUT THIS SHOCKING COMPANY! I Wish I could add photos to this review just so you could all see how truly shocking these flowers arrived. Emailed customer services and had generic responses back and no accountability was taken by the company for the shocking bouquet! Dead wilted and snapped rose. £40 for a “LARGE” bouquet which was not even comparable to a £6 bouquet from the supermarket. PLEASE SAVE YOUR DISAPPOINTMENT AND DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! honestly if you could see the pictures of the flowers you would RUN swiftly from this shocking company

Peter
United Kingdom | 18 February 2025Ignore there 5 star reviews there obviously from employees, paid extra for Valentines day delivery before 1pm flowers still haven't arrived and they couldn't care less, it's royal mails problem who are incredibly more incompetent than Prestige flowers. AVOID!!!

United Kingdom | 18 February 2025Really unhappy with this company , ordered some flowers, at teddy bear and box of chocolates to be delivered on Valentine’s Day , the 1st line of address was correct however there was a 2nd line of address automatically wrote in as I reviewed my order and couldn’t change it , comes to the flowers getting delivered and they were taken to the 2nd line of address (which was the wrong address) the lady who they tried to deliver these flowers to returned them to the sender , sent and email to prestige flowers asking to redeliver the flowers to the correct address and I would cover the price of postage and anything else needed , never responded , phoned Monday morning on the 17th when they opened and was shocked at the customer service , explained the situation to the women on the phone and she said they were unable to resend or refund as they are an online florist , asked where the flowers had gone to and she couldn’t tell me or give me a phone number for whoever had them , so £55 wasted would not recommend !!

United Kingdom | 17 February 2025I ordered flowers for my disabled friends birthday. They did not arrive till next day so though the flowers were nice. It was disappointing for my friend. I got in touch with prestige and was told the courier had been on correct day. Impossible as my friend does not go out. I asked for a credit for the postage which I paid extra for next day delivery. Several emails later they have lost a customer. They had no proof the had tried to deliver. Really disappointed. Iv had a few problems in the past but always sorted

United Kingdom | 17 February 2025My daughter received a bunch of 6 dead roses with brown leaves and the already fallen ones included in bouquet it was nothing like the advertisement and the money her boyfriend spent for such an awful bunch of sticks is offensive avoid 100%

United Kingdom | 17 February 2025Flowers arrived dead. Complained, offered £10 credit on next purchase, as if. refused to refund. S75 issued and complaint to trading standards. Worst flowers ever, avoid. Numerous complaints on io.

Canada | 17 February 2025I have used their services 5 times now on different occasions. It was always great. Flowers and gift box always arrived on time and in great conditions. The only time I had an issue, was when gift box was not sent with the flowers, but after contacting the Customer Service, the issue was promptly solved and gift delivered fast. Thanks Aaron for that. I really recommend their services, because they have good products, they are very professional, and they solve issues quickly.
