The size of the flowers delivered was significantly smaller than what was shown in the pictures on their website. After complaining & having to send loads of pictures at different angles they said, no that’s ok! Complete joke! I paid £50 for a large bunch of flowers & got a tiny bunch, it was embarrassing to be honest . Do not use this company

Their contracted courier, Royal Mail, apparently left the large bouquet of flowers that I ordered for my Wife as a Valentine's Day gift on our driveway in full public view, having made no attempt whatsoever to ring the doorbell or even knock on the front door, there was someone home all day - my Wife! As Prestige didn't send a dispatch notification I wasn't even able to track the delivery, but when I called their customer service team 4 days later they were quite happy to send me the tracking information, which showed where the flowers had been left (at the time). I was away from home at the time and as you can imagine, in the absence of the ability to track the delivery, I hadn't asked her if the large bouquet of flowers I had sent as a surprise Valentine's gift had been delivered. By the time Prestige gave me this information it was of no use as the flowers clearly weren't where they had been left 4 days earlier. I spoke with Sarah who was very quick to tell me that as far the company is concerned despite my order not being received it had been delivered, and when I said that I had not asked for the delivery to be left in a [un]safe place I was told that it is at the courier's discretion and this is specified in Prestige's T&Cs, and I would need to take it up with Royal Mail myself. I did point out that I am not Royal Mail's customer, it is Prestige Flowers I have paid my money to but Sarah wasn't interested, I got the impression this happens regularly and the same lines are trotted out. By the end of the call I was pretty frustrated and asked for the details of the Managing Director - "Simon" I was told, but they couldn't tell me Simon's surname for data protection reasons, although if I searched online I could find it...!?!? I have since emailed Simon, Simon Crowther that is, but this has been ignored.

An untrustworthy company. At the end of 2024, Prestige Flowers ran a marketing campaign at Trafford Centre in Manchester, promising gifts in exchange for sharing personal data and downloading their app. Unfortunately, this seems like a simple scam, as none of the people I know, including myself, ever received the promised gift or even any explanation when now over two months passed. For me, this company goes straight into the "no trust" bin. Now, I just need to figure out how to remove my personal data from their database.

Ordered some flowers for Valentine’s day which unfortunately arrived well into browning and the roses drooped shortly after. Wasn’t a cheap (or particularly large, on arrival) bouquet. Contacted customer services with time-stamped images, who bartered continually over a resolution as if we were at a market when all I wanted was a refund. I would have accepted a replacement bouquet at any other time, however this was specifically for Valentines and I’d already replaced the flowers via another seller. Their final message to me has advised that they’re only able to offer either a replacement bouquet or a £5 refund (the flowers were about £30-35 total with delivery). Wouldn’t recommend using these guys as there’s plenty of other companies who won’t deliver dying flowers/will refund when things go wrong.

Terrible flowers, dead on arrival and not as described. Customer service equally as poor.

Ordered a plant as a gift after reading the description and discovering it blooms ever year… recipient told me (after a week) it had died - despite following the instructions! Contacted customer service and got a very curt, unhelpful response saying basically- tough! First time I’ve used Prestige and would NEVER use them again. Back to Next Flowers or M&S for me!

I mistaking put in the wrong address for a friend to receive flowers, due to the address not existing, the flowers never left and apparently I wasn’t eligible for a refund or to just inform them of the correct address. They didn’t even contact me over this incorrect address, I had to chase them up. £50 wasted over what can be easily rectified.

Ordered flowers and chocolates (~£50) for valentines day 2025. Flowers were about £40 and chocolates a £10 addition. Delivery was good, on time etc via royal mail. Box undamaged etc. The flowers were a bit worse for wear when they arrived. The leaves in the bouqet were already wilting. The roses were browning around the edges and the lillies were unopened (they are still unopened 6 days later). The chocolates for a £10 box were disgusting. We threw them in the bin. I contacted the company for a refund. Flat out refused anything as I contacted them beyond 3 days from delivery. I was unaware of this policy and was giving the flowers some time to bloom. Super disappointed and embarrassed to have given these to my partner for valentines day.

The flowers I ordered for a special lady for Valentines day turned up on the Next day ,a day late ,even though these were ordered a week prior to the day ,.and one of the stems was broken also ,..so annoyed ,and upset ,...told the usual ,its not our fault, we use a third party courier, no compensation offered ,£55 down the drain ,hence I won't be using Prestige flowers ever again.

Am delighted I found this site for delivering a birthday gift for my daughter. I selected a medium size bouquet with a glass jar and teddy bear. She lives in a remote farm area in the middle of nowhere! Was worried would not arrive in time as I had booked at the last minute. They arrived in a beautiful box on time. The notification by e mail of the journey was excellent including a photo of the package outside her front door! She arrived home at 1830 to this surprise. Perhaps my only thought is that would be nice to see a photo of what was actually inside. The image of the vase and teddy bear was hazy when I selected them online. The bouquet was crystal clear. I am awaiting a photo from my daughter to see what she received.

Ordered flowers for a friend and the delivery was hugely disappointing. 95% greenery and a few flowers of such low quality. These weren’t cheap supermarket flowers, I wanted them to be legit and feel embarrassed and upset that they arrived on my friends door. I’ve emailed customer service but we will see if they bother resolving it as I’ve seen many other customers in the same boat with little success.

Flowers received look shocking in comparison to photos on their website, could have got much better for a fraction of the price at a supermarket, paid extra for a premium message card which turned out to be a peice of cardboard torn from a strip with the message poorly hand written inside. Overall, horrendous value for money.

Received a bouquet yesterday, roses and lilies, £30.48. Couldn’t have looked more different to the bouquet I thought I was getting from the image on the website. I’ve complained to the company, they say it’s fine! They suggest I remove the brown guard petals on the roses. I wouldn’t call it a bouquet, 2 bits of greenery, a tightly closed lily and 5 brown edged roses. I was very disappointed ☹️

My son brought a boquet of flowers for me. After 7 days didn't open fully. Complained to company they said you had 3 days to complain. They said sorry and could have £10 back. Thought they would send me another bunch as was for my birthday. They look nothing like pic looks like a 3 year old just picked few flowers and dumped in a box.

Flowers delivered on time but they where 3 snapped stems, wilted heads and the roses have black petals on them as they are old Ordered next day delivery for freshness but they didn’t last long at all! Contacted them and they told me to peel the bad bits off! No mention of an apology for the quality or damage Not happy at all and definitely won’t use again or recommend

Flowers delivered today. Meant to be a special time but not from this company. Arrived dead and withered . Tried to contact customer service who replied with automated message, very unprofessional and uncaring. Terrible customer service. Would rate zero if I could.

I ordered a bouquet to surprise my wife on Valentine's day. I paid for next day delivery but they arrived 2 days late! Apparently Royal Mail made a mistake and sent it to the wrong mail centre! Royal Mail provided a complaint reference number so that I can reclaim the delivery cost due to late delivery. However, Prestige customer service responded with the standard company statement and was unwilling to refund the delivery cost. They didn't even question RM for their fault and ignored the fact that I had this reference number!! On top of that, the flowers arrived in poor condition and most of the flowers were starting to wilt! Was underwhelmed with the quantity and quality of flowers and for the money paid! Definitely would not recommend!! Very disappointed customer!!!
