Australia | 05 February 2025I would like to congratulate the team at prestige flowers because I really liked how easy it was to navigate through the website and to place an order for the flowers and create a gift card and personalise it and also record an audio message for the recipient and the overall checkout experience that was made so user-friendly and easy. I also liked the variety of options to choose from and I just hope that the recipient loves their present and I can’t wait to order again if everything goes substantially well. This is good business.

I only wish there was more description on the items you want to add on but I will definitely use this service again

United Kingdom | 05 February 2025Don’t usually feel compelled to write a review but the customer service was SO bad. It’s like talking to an AI bot. No apology or offer to rectify. They always come back with a polite but completely unhelpful response. I bought flowers and paid for next day delivery. They didn’t arrive next day (Friday) when the recipient was at home. Then the recipient was out the next day (Saturday), no delivery attempt Sunday, earliest they could then try and get them was Tuesday by which point the flowers were well past their best. I only received one photo from the recipient as they wanted me to know. I then started the process of complaining, well… it is futile to say the least. Return emails from their customer service put the onus on me to send photos of the flowers at various angles to prove the state they were in. I’d only received one and couldn’t provide more. The fact they can see the timeline of the delivery should be enough plus the one photo I did have but no, not for them. They then suggested the guard flowers of the roses just needed to be removed, then they requested more photos again, then they referred me to the T&Cs PLUS the T&C’s of their courier (as if anyone would check the couriers T&C’s!!) to say Next day was not guaranteed at the postcode I was sending to! If it’s not guaranteed, then don’t take my money for it! That’s false advertising, charging me more for a service you know you cannot fulfil. I’m sure you will see that they will write a polite and ‘reasonable’ response to this review - just remember when you read it that it is essentially a ‘bot’ that just says ‘computer says no’ on repeat! Totally unhelpful! AS EXPECTED THE RESPONSE IS POLITE, SOUNDS REASONABLE BUT DOESN'T ACTUALLY ADDRESS THE PROBLEM OR OFFER ANY TANGIBLE HELP OR COMPENSATION. THE RESPONSE SHOWS EXACTLY WHAT YOU GET WHEN YOU MAKE A COMPLAINT, APPEASEMENTS BUT NO ACTUAL HELP OR COMPENSATION.

United Kingdom | 04 February 2025Don’t bother!! Absolutely disgusted with the customer service provided after the flowers I ordered weren’t delivered when scheduled. The company have emailed passing the blame on royal Mail and said I should raise a dispute with my card provider to get a refund. They haven’t taken any ownership over the service they provide that’s failed, it’s not royal mails issue or my bank. Really poor service and for £30 / the money the make, you’d think that refund wouldn’t be an issue. Never again.

Bouquet arrived late and had a pathetic amount of flowers for a 'Large' bouquet. Also, not nearly as bright as what was advertised. I would upload a photo on here if I could. Don't waste your money!! Customer service is also very poor!
