United Kingdom | 14 January 2025Friday 10th January I purchased a £40 Pink Lily and Rose bouquet for next day delivery, also adding an extra £5 to upgrade it to ‘medium sized’. Upon receiving it at 17:00 the next day I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. The bouquet consisted of two ‘roebelini’, 6 roses and two stems of lily buds. The roses were brown on each petal and was told this was the petal guard. A petal guard is the outer petal – NOT every petal. These were in bad condition. After providing photographic evidence I was continuously told the bouquet met their quality standards. When asking why they were falsely advertising their bouquets I was repeatedly ignored. The photo used for advertising is edited and extremely misleading but Prestige Flowers continue to stand by this and be patronising towards paying customers. They have continued to ignore the complaints in my email and are confidently accepting that the bouquet I received meets their standard. Prestige Flowers are refusing to refund my payment even though I am legally entitled to receive a refund if I have purchased an item that is not as described. As far as I am concerned, this company is a complete scam.

United Kingdom | 13 January 2025Ordered flowers for a heavenly birthday and selected a lovely looking large rose and lily bouquet on their website costing £43 what was delivered was a sad looking bunch of 5 half dead white roses and 3 unopened lily buds and a few filler stems of foliage. I complained to the company but it fell on deaf ears. Customer service non-existent. Save your money!

I ordered the "Frosty Charm" bouquet for next-day delivery to surprise and thank my sister for caring for me during a challenging time. However, the entire experience was a letdown: Delivery Issues: The bouquet arrived late, a day after the intended delivery date, and the packaging was badly damaged. False Advertising: The bouquet was nothing like the online description or image. The "Frosty Charm" was supposed to feature over 10 silver stems, blue berries, and two Chrysanthemums. Instead, it had only one silver stem, purple berries (I specifically chose a blue bouquet for my sister's favorite color), and one Chrysanthemum. The roses were wilting upon arrival, adding insult to injury. When I raised my concerns with customer service, I was told that the bouquet was a "true representation" of the online image, which is simply untrue. I provided photographic evidence clearly showing the discrepancies, yet my complaint was dismissed. You have to trust a company like this because, as the sender, you may not see the delivered product yourself. Of course, the recipient will often say, "Oh, they’re beautiful," not knowing what the original order was supposed to look like. But seeing the photos my sister sent, it was clear the bouquet was far from what I paid for. This was meant to be a heartfelt gesture for my sister to enjoy over Christmas before she returns to support me through chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Instead, it turned into an upsetting and disappointing experience that spoiled the surprise. I expected better from a company with a reputation for quality and reliability. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling let down and disheartened. I cannot recommend Prestige Flowers and will not be using their services again. Save your money and look elsewhere if you value quality and honest service.

United Kingdom | 13 January 2025I ordered a bouquet for my daughter in law after she had given birth to my grandchild. In the picture they looked beautiful, in reality they were awful. Several heads were missing and they were in a real sorry state. Would not recommend this company. I did complain directly, but they were not interested , thus giving them the chance to rectify the shoddy bouquet I have been offered a replacement bouquet since writing this review .

Today I made a mistake on the delivery address, I contacted prestige flowers through live chat and the issue was dealt with immediately. Kyle was very good and changed the details without any problem.
