Excellent service.It is a Christmas present, so only switched on to test so far. Only negative was the DPD courier service, that had left the boxes outside my front door , but had said they were in my safe place. Luckily it wasn't raining as I was not home at the time!!

Accurate description of condition, possibly a bit pessimistic even. Speedy delivery, tracked and sensibly packed. Coupled with a black friday deal, £271 for a 2019 i7 yoga X1, 16Gb Ram, 512Gb SSD was bit of a bargain.

I Purchased a laptop for my son for Christmas which was found to be not up to standard when tested. I was contacted by a member of the team who apologised and offered an alternative which was an upgrade at no extra cost. I was emailed the details to send to my son who was happy with it and I received it 2 days later. We haven’t used the laptop yet as it is a Christmas present but happy with service we have received so far.😊

Perfect service from order to delivery! I had preconceived expectations of refurbished laptops before I ordered so expected general wear and tear, however these laptops are immaculate. As a small independent SEN school we ordered 15 laptops, even though I have yet to turn all of them on I have yet to come across and visible imperfections. Will definitely order again from Tier1 should the need arise.
