Slow and frustrating. Ordered desktop online evening of 14th December - credit card charged immediately. By Monday I had no email confirming delivery or despatch but the "Shop" app suggested it had been shipped and the online bot said "fulfilled". I have emailed and messaged yesterday and waited a day and had ZERO reply so today I rang and was told it had not been despatched and a second machine was being prepared (first was faulty on testing) and it might get despatched today. They told me the automated "fulfilled" message was wrong... This evening I have still had no update on delivery details / tracking details . Very disappointed in their communication....if it's going to be so late or delayed in delivery why not tell me. Why not charge credit card only on despatch like other reputable retailers ?

Ease of finding the laptop I wanted. Simple process to order and very quick delivery. Laptop as described with a clean install of windows so like new when switching it on for the first time. Minor marks on case as expected but screen and keyboard are perfect.

The laptop (Lenovo x13 gen 2, grade A) arrived quickly and was as described by grading scheme. No signs of wear whatsoever, the only flaws I can spot are a compression dot (smaller than pin-head size) indicative that the screen bezel has been re-set/replaced, and a tiny gap in the case (front left corner) of about 1mm, otherwise case is flush. The laptop is performing well and I would confidently buy another laptop from Tier1 in the future. Thanks.

Good choice of MacBooks, some insight as to suitability provided on the website. Did some extra research elsewhere as wasn’t in a position to buy a very current model and wanted to make sure refurbished Mac would perform adequately for its user. Would have been helpful for some extra guidance as quite a bewildering experience given I’ve no knowledge of MacBooks, that said I guess I could have phoned up! Quick delivery and well packaged, particularly glad of the 12 month warranty which suggests the company has confidence in its products.

Great laptop.

I ordered a lenovo desktop with USB WiFi dongle. Delivery was on time and the computer looks like new, I have completed set up and everything is working as it should. Very happy with this purchase. Only issue is that the USB WiFi dongle did not arrive but was sent a keyboard/mouse set in error. I can run off cable until I order a replacement, so no big deal. I will use Tier1 again.please
