This is the second time I have used Tier One. The website is easy to use. The laptop I selected was sent via a Courier with tracking updates.

Really good service. Prices exceedingly good, and the device quality very good. Ok, the first one delivered had a slight fault but they organised a replacement and it was a 'swap at the door' - i gave the courier the original one, they gave me the replacement. Very easy and i couldn't be happier

Web page was clear with good product detail, most questions were answered on the web page, good warranty offered, Lap Top delivered promptly. Lap Top windows loaded without any problem, very happy with my purchase.

The customer service was fine they were quick to deal with our request on the telephone which was for the laptop to be installed with window 11 instead of window 10 but unfortunately on delivery & inspection this was not done.

If I could give more stars I would!! I cannot rate this company highly enough. I ordered a laptop for my grandson. He needed it for school and ideally would like it to arrive before the start of the new term. It was duly sent very quickly as requested, -but sadly, via DPD.!! It was a disaster! They failed to deliver 3 times, making the familiar DPD excuses . .nobody in when there were 4 people in the house-they didn't knock or ring the bell. The next 2 drivers claimed they could not find the house!! I was so fed up! but when I phoned Julie at Tier 1, she got in touch directly with DPD and they delivered on the 4th attempt. .BUT during all the changes of driver, the machine had been mishandled and arrived damaged, I was close to tears, but Julie was amazing, absolutely fantastic! She organised a new machine to be sent straight out as a swap for the damaged one-with clear instructions for DPD. They actually managed to deliver the replacement machine and pick up the damaged one as Julie had requested-and, when my grandson opened the parcel he discovered that he had been sent an upgrade! . .Wow!. . am stunned by the kindness and consideration shown by Julie and the customer service team at Tier 1. An excellent result. (DPD don't deserve a star at all!)

I find the website very easy to navigate to find what I want for a very reasonable price. 3 laptops purchased, delivered to Northern Ireland 2 days later and within in the 1 hour slot promised by the couriers. One laptop unfortunately had a couple of non responsive keys, but quickly sorted by customer services and a replacement arriving tomorrow.

The laptop was better than described. Can not an sisue to this point at all.

Efficient service and great price

The order process was very straightforward and communications were very good. The laptop arrived as expected and is working well.
