Tier 1 provided refurbished laptop quickly. It was as described in terms of condition. It works fine and has plenty of power to run engineering software..

My laptop wouldn’t charge or stay charged without the power lead in. I had to take to a specialist to take the back off and reconnect it! This should not of happened. I did not have time to return it.

I got a grade B MacBook and the condition was practically near perfect. The only thing that EXTREMELY annoyed me was how the device came with macOS Yosemite and it was so buggy to the point where I couldn’t even sign in to Apple ID so I couldn’t update the OS. Luckily, I managed to find a workaround by installing the Sierra installer from the apple website then after Sierra installed everything was working as normal then I was able to sign in to my Apple ID then install Monterey from the App Store via the link from apple website. Please before you give out your devices tier1 try to update to latest OS to save people from the hell I faced. I almost gave up after hours of research.

The first time I've every gone for a refurbished computer; really, really happy with this, will always buy this way in future.

Ordered a PC and monitor together, prompt and good delivery and that's where it ended. Opened box which contained a VGA cable in it BUT the PC does not have a VGA output, only display port. A display port cable was supplied but the monitor that was bought doesn't, only VGA or DVI. Come on, both were bought and shipped to a home address obviously to be used together but now need to buy the correct cable to get them to work. Monitor supplied is now surplus as I can use my old monitor. Common sense should have been used or order double checked before shipping as one device doesn't plug into the other! Basic stuff.

Communication was great - told the kit was on order and also when it was on its way
