Not really happy. Was delivered a Microsoft surface pro 2 with the old school operating system on it so i can not even log in to the machine. I thought, as it was refurbished it would turn up wiped with the new operating system on that i paid the extra for.

Im not tech savy but my friends say i had a bargian, ie wicked spec for the price. However, a couple of times when ive turned it on it has said about a fan malfunction and today it said i lost my output for the sound so i couldn't play music. These "faults" have disappeared after the classic on-off and have not caused any major issues.....so far.

Haven't bought much in the way of PCs, But the last one we bought, new, was an all in one (AIO) - great for space saving. This time, read around the topic a bit more and decided to go for a refurbished AIO - save the planet and save some money! Tier!online.com came up and had some great reviews - and some competitive offers. So bought a Dell OptiPlex 7460 AIO i7-8700 from them. They added Windows 11 at no extra cost and shipped within a couple of days. There's a 1yr warranty and plenty of helpful people to talk to with any queries. The whole experience has been very straightforward and simple so far. I'd recommend both the company and the principle - it would've cost me double for a similar brand new product. Here's to refurbished products!
