A 3-5 day delivery turned into a non-delivery due to the ordered machine failing a grade a test despite emails telling me the machine was out for delivery. I get a phone call telling me about the failure - being generous - a day after I should have received the machine. I then get offered a grade b replacement by an operator who expects me to make a decision over the phone about a machine which took me a couple of days to decide on on the first place. The replacement machine I am offered - via an email - is £300 more expensive and now the whole thing is beginning to feel like a scam, so I decide to cancel the transaction and ask for a refund. In all fairness - apart from the usual five days to get my money back - the refund was communicated to me quickly. The company could sort out its despatch and confirmation emails.

Incredibly unhappy with the product I've received, it has a chip in it, it was dirty, and it has a hairline crack and water spots in the screen. I emailed the company about this on Thursday and yesterday, still no response. You shouldn't be advertising your products as refurbished when they have chips cracks and damages on them. I understand the product I purchased was a grade c but, this needs to be returned. I feel like you've wasted my time and my money shipping this item to me. I've sent you two emails on the email address provided by your website. Please find them and respond to immediately so we can sort this out.

Order was cancelled still waiting for refund

Wasn't sure I really needed or wanted a new device, but based on the prices and the additional 15% discount code I received, I convinced myself I did need a new device. As its an additional tablet, I opted for a grade C, and have to admit, it is in great condition and arrived promptly.
