I don't have enough words to praise Tier1online. In my opinion it is the only company that provides a service that is as good if not better than Amazon in the UK. I bought a Surface Pro 4 laptop with them. It had a minor issue related to one of the windows drivers. It was an extremelly easy and hassle free process to get a replacement. You don't need to spend hours talking to a robot on the phone. You talk to a person by email, which in my case was Lucas. What a nice person he is. In the end I've got a free upgrade to a DELL machine, which came as a pleasant surprise. I totally recommend them and will, obviously, consider them as my first option in the future for second hand electronics.

It was easy to order and the laptop and it turned up within the stated time 1-2 days. Everything works OK and after 1 week of usage I am happy. Good service and cheaper than new. My only issue is I would have like to receive something (email or packing slip) that clearly states what I bought, and particularly the 3 year cover that shows on the invoice - but I have no clear directions about how to manage if I get an issue. I'm sure its all on the web site but a nice warm feeling about the extra cover and laptop serial would be nice via a peice of paper or email.

I was looking for a resonable priced laptop for home use but didnt want to spend a lot. After looking around for this it was obvious that a low priced laptop would not be a good option at all due to sluggish behaviour etc. I then decided to look for a good reconditioned one and managed to secure a Lenovo Yoga laptop with a high spec for £369.00. Beautiful laptop. Very fast and in fantastic condition. Very happy indeed. I will use tier1online again and would certainly recommend them.

I ordered my computer from this company and when it arrived everything loaded extremely slowly. I thought at the time it may be because it was just turned on but the issue persisted for days after. I then downloaded a cleaner for the computer to then find there was nearly 4,000 trackers and multiple unused files and junk still left on it. I’m not a huge techy person but if I’m ordered something second hand I would expect it to be brought back to its factory settings and have any junk removed.

The refurbished Dell computer I ordered arrived very quickly, and the selected delivery partner (DPD) were great, and support delivery to collection points which is a great option to have - something you realise when it is NOT an option!

I ordered a refurbished Dell All In One system with Windows 10 Pro. The order was stuck in Fulfillment for almost a week but I was able to make progress through the Chat facility and find out it was still in the warehouse. Delivered without issue and is a quality bit of kit well suited to the job it will be doing. Had I known about the delay and been given a revised delivery date before having to chase, this would be a five star review! Will happily continue ordering from Tier1
