Value for money,warranty a year ,and no different from a new phone,nobody would know any different as condition is perfect and also helping the planet and trying to be as resourceful as can be,great stuff

Ordered a replacement iPhone for my father in law. To be honest didn’t expect much for the price. I was amazed by the speed, professionalism and quality of the the device sent. Although the battery health wasn’t perfect, it was acceptable for the age of the device ordered and not a scratch or sign of wear on it. Tracking and postage was second to none too, just with the standard service. Can’t fault it really.

Ordered got confirmation and 3 days later rang to be told this was due to be dispatched and should receive in two days, 5 days later after a couple of phone calls they told me the items isn't being posted as it has failed testing, how can a company advertise something that isn't ready for dispatch, no one contacted me at all and it took for me to ring to get a answer and they then offered me another item but i didn't want it and a refund was required, some parts of customer service is lack due to lack of communication but when phoned they were helpful to a point, very disappointed with this company and false advertisement, I wouldn't recommend this company as they cant fulfil order but happy to take your money

Did not send the part I ordered. Customer service has not even acknowledged my complaint, or request for a refund. Very keen to send me marketing emails though. Extremely shoddy, will certainly never shop again
