i didnt hear from anyone...no news is good new

After being sent a ticket number i tried paying twice and the payment was bouncing back.I tried all day on phone to contact someone and no way anybody could not answer the phones. Even on chat it says nobody is available. Very poor service since I desperately need my part.

Michelle was great with quick replies to my first time inquiries. I was hoping to be cleared at the truck lane booth as was the case when I was a commercial driver. But I had to go to the Canada Customs offsite warehouse The whole process lasted 45 minutes. Is this normal? I would have appreciated foreknowledge of this, since this occurred at 1 am after a very long day. To be fair to Michelle, I did not ask about whether I would be cleared at the booth or the warehouse. The officer in the booth had never heard of Clearit. But all officers were friendly and helpful. Earlier in the day, US Customs required payments for a commercial entrance and for and export fee totalling $13.79USD. Again I had no foreknowledge of this or the 50 minutes this added. This is why the trip lasted over 19 hours. I like Clearit and will use you again. Thanks Ron

I was charged on my credit card an excess amount of Customs GST. I have placed 9 phone calls today, unsuccessfully, to speak to someone and sent 1 email. So far no response to my numerous phone calls, voice mails and no response to my email. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
