At first I found the user interface online to be difficult to understand and the response time from the live chat was slow, but I got a bit of advice from my shipping company and from there it moved along seamlessly. There was a double charge to my visa when we had to move the date of shipping to accommodate holidays but the refund was issued quickly once I brought it to their attention.
