Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a Jeweler other than Ross-Simons cannot be returned. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned.

I have ordered multiple items from Ross SImons, necklaces, rings, and bracelets. Overall, I am happy with the products and customer service experiences. I ordered a birthstone ring that lost a stone pretty quickly, and as soon as I reported it, the company offered a replacement, which was quickly sent. The only frustration is that the site does not always show recent orders in your account history which is a little baffling. Overall, good company.

I absolutely love my bracelet. Beautiful workmanship and so elegant. It fits perfectly on my wrist but I wish they came in half size. But it doesn’t slide on my wrist as is. Got my heart set on another piece!!!

The sapphire on the pendent looks like plastic. It’s not even shiny. I ordered the ring in a size 8 to fit my middle finger so I could wear it with another ring. It only fits my ring finger, so I can’t wear it as planned.

Item was not at all as pictured. Expected varied, vibrant colors but received something dull and brown with something blue in the middle that looked like it should have been removed but couldn't be. Worst product I have ever received from R&S

Extremely Disappointed with this company. … I had received a credit. I had purchased a bracelet that was too big, and returned it for a smaller size and was issued a credit. After having the credit for a long time I requested the amount just be returned to me. Either a check or the balance returned to my credit card. I was told by Jake that they cannot do that. I could still choose to purchase something and the credit would be deducted from the amount of my purchase. Not fair. Just wanting my $$ returned.

I am disappointed about the placement of the color stones there are 4 dark ones together that take away from the other colors. And it does not look at all like the picture shown when I ordered it

Overall the jewelry that I purchased was pretty good. I took one star off because it took 11 days for one of the pieces to arrive. A bit long.

I made an error with my order. When I called customer service they corrected my error however, I was overcharged! I still have not received a credit on my card. I’m waiting for the bill to come and see if a credit was issued.

Customer service was great! I was concerned about when my order was to arrive and reached out via email in which I received a quick response. I now have the bracelet I ordered and love it. The quality and description was exactly as stated. I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you 😊

The necklace is really cheap feeling and I will be returning it. For $150, it should feel different, in my experience. I’d rather have a $50 piece of costume jewelry, frankly.

Packaged well. Beautiful earrings, however, the posts are so thin and looked bent. I realized that is how they are made to snap together. I hope they don't come apart. I would hate to lose one. I don't see how to rectify the posts but I'm keeping them.
