The delivery was prompt. I expected the earrings to be a little bit bigger but they are dainty and I like the black diamond contrast.

Bought a set of Two’s Company pagodas. One arrived broken. Instead of just being able to provide photographic evidence, Ross Simons expected me to coordinate an inspection of the damages by UPS. Dealing with UPS was a nightmare; it took approximately 10 days to make the return, and even though the damages were verified by UPS, it still took a further week or so to have my money reimbursed. All told, it took about three weeks from the time I placed the order, to the time I received a refund, and even then, Ross Simons stiffed me out of $6.49. I will never, ever order anything from this company again! These people operate as though they have no competition. I would strongly advise for all buyers to make their purchases elsewhere.

I have bought about 10 items from Ross Simons over the past two and a half years. I like that they offer less expensive, yet pretty jewelry. I buy their sterling silver items. However, to date, three bracelets and one ring have all lost stones, and two bracelets have broke. In two years? I have found I can buy equivalent jewelry from Ebay and Etsy that is cheaper and made more sturdy, either vintage or directly from India. They don't have the variety Ross Simons has, but I don't have money to waste on jewelry that just doesn't hold up.
