i got my order,thank you.The only think that im not happy about is why i cant get anyone on the phone to place an order? Very frustrating.I am a VIP. and when im calling this number 800 835 0919 im getting this message.( Your call cant not be complete at this time,please try again later.) Why? some one should be there to anwer the phone...is been over two months.

Loved my whole experience from browsing and shopping, to the easy ordering process. I ordered two rings, and they were delivered quickly as promised. Was very pleased with the high quality of the items and the reasonable prices. Both rings are beautiful. I will be ordering more in the future!

Necklace purchased as a Christmas present. Style was not preferred by the individual who received the present however multiple other styles on the website the person liked. We had hoped to return it and receive store credit towards another purchase as the necklace is still in the box brand new but customer service was adamant that we could not. Very disappointed as I would like to continue supporting the store but now need to find a pawn shop to get something back.

Well I got my necklace but whoever sent it did do like all the other jewelrys a got didn’t put it the ziplock just hanging in the box and it was tangled around the butterflies so I sent back and I hope they send me other in the right way.

My boyfriend bought me the .25 ct. t.w. Diamond Sea ife Bangle bracelet only to find out it's made in CHINA. NOWHERE on the website does it state where the item is made!!! My boyfriend would NEVER have purchased it if he knew that it was made in CHINA!!! AND it certainly is NOT worth the $550 retail nor the $389 sale price!!! WHAT A WASTE of good money! I want to return it but R-S wants to charge me the S&H. IF you are going to buy something from them, CALL FIRST and ask where the item is made and get it in writing so they don't do a bait and switch! MADE IN CHINA online jewelry is NOT my idea of quality. I don't even know if it's sterling silver....certainly doesn't seem like it for the $398 he paid. I just hope I don' tfind a similar bracelet at the DOLLAR TREE!!! Save your money go to COSTCO if you want to buy something quality for that price!!! Vendors should list where the product is made and not have the buyer find out when they receive the item. MADE IN CHINA is NOT acceptable. It sounds and looks cheap!

18033473 is the order number of the receipt for my purchase of a 7 ct diamond necklace that I paid for in full with a platinum credit card. This company confirmed that I would receive my necklace on December 23. After receiving confirmation that I would receive my purchase on Dec 23 this company chose to cancel my order without my acknowledgement. The customer service representative was unknowledgeable and less than helpful. THANK YOU FOR RUINING MY CHRISTMAS!

I ordered $200 earrings that looked beautiful online but in fact look really cheap when I received them. They look like knock off fashion jewelry you would buy from Amazon, not nice gold earrings. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else!
