Our experience with Hillary’s was very straight forward.They came out to our home to measure and look at samples. When order was put forward we booked in dates and they came as schedule. Our fitter was very clean / tidy and organised.

Communication was very good from the start. The representive who visited me, Simon Turnbull, was very polite and helpful and made me feel at ease.

The advisor 118182 Barnett texted before my consultation appointment to get a better understanding of what I wanted/needed and so was able to narrow down the choice before we even met. He organised the fitting around my schedule and on the day efficiently fitted and helped to dispose of the rubbish

Blinds arrived on promised day and were installed same time. Very pleased with them, they look lovely. They will be lovely in the summer as that room gets all the sunshine in a South facing garden.

Very quick putting them up and very pleased with the blinds. I forgot to ask, how do I take them off the wall if we need to decorate in the future. Will be looking to buy again. Thanks.

Brad Preston was absolutely brilliant with taking us through all the different options available to us for our kitchen. I’m very happy to have the window blinds fixed by Mike, advisor number 113034. He was very punctual, professional, worked careful. Explained about the price. material of the blind and everything was done on time. I definitely recommend Hilary to my friends and other family member.

Nigel/advisor Giggle was a very knowledgeable and polite man. His work was outstanding, he cleaned up after himself and when I had a small issue the following day, he was able to help sort it out. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Completely hassle free from start to finish. Paul Kemp his usual helpful, personable self, makes measuring, ordering, delivery and fitting a pleasure.

My blind was fitted quickly and efficiently by David Rose (117068). The only problem I have with it is that one of the cords keeps on coming unattached; but I was shown how to reattach it and hope that this problem will go away if I am very careful with it!

Friendly helpful and efficient

Love my blind Expertly fitted by Paul a knowledgable Fitter who proved nothing was too much trouble.

Pieter was punctual and fitted the blinds without issue and even didn’t seem to mind the cats playing with the packaging! He tidied up afterwards and walked through all the fittings.

Good to give a fitting date then cancel then I had to chase and got a text couple days before confirming . All rushed as to much on so gap between shutter and wall frame very different and work not to the high standard I would expect . This was picked up from us but confirmed by our our carpenter . All doors catch and lovers not finished of properly .
