United Kingdom | 23 February 2025Had initial appointment with helpful sales consultant and chose Roman blind. She measured up and gave me the price. Was rather disappointed by limited range of fabric choices in colours other than neutral tones. Certainly not much in red. Then had follow up call by the fitter to also measure up which seemed rather unnecessary and then had to wait for another appointment for actual fitting. It all seemed time consuming and rather clunky!! However I’m very pleased with the finished product which is the most important thing.

United Kingdom | 23 February 2025You have to pay for the removal of your old Hillary’s blinds from their fixtures and they won’t take the old blinds or the packaging for the new ones away either. For paying a premium rate of £450 for three roller blinds you would expect a premium service. Obviously not.

United Kingdom | 23 February 2025I am waiting for replacement roof blinds that were measured incorrectly. I have contacted the fitter again and still waiting for a response with the concerns I shared when my blinds were fitted. The lack of pleats show they are pulled too tight, popping out the roof bar. The wires are showing, 4 lines running through (not on my previous blinds I had or pictures on the internet) and with the gaps they are not made to measure 19 mm is not acceptable. I requested how to contact Hillery’s and share all the other concerns listed above, two weeks later still waiting for a response. I had the same blinds by the same fitter before so I know what my blinds should look like and it’s not what I have. Not worth the money very disappointed. I have sent a text over a week ago still no response.

Unfortunately with my inward tilting window, the blind doesn’t stick with the window and so moves forward, bringing in the light. This was seemingly not able to be rectified.

United Kingdom | 23 February 2025Good Point - The fitter called and said he would come the following Saturday 15th Feb, mid day and fit the shuttered doors. This happened and the install and product is good. Bad Points - The shuttered doors where ordered on the 9th September 2024. We were told they would be fitted in December (so a three month wait to start with) and that an engineer would be in contact. This never happened calls were one way us calling Hillarys to find out what was going on. We were given numerous excuses as to the reason there was a delay from Suez Canal issues, to wind blowing the fitters roof of his lock up, equiptment moved to another lock then key was lost and then a personal injuries. So from order to install 5 month wait. If the comapny fell this good service they need to look at themselves. Oh we did get a slight reimbursement of £75.00. First and last time I will be using them.

France | 23 February 2025The curtain runner was not included in the delivery.On the assurance from your fitter that he would return to complete the work we paid in full.Now we are unable to contact your fitter-he will not respond to messsges,phone calls or e mails and the work remains incomplete.The curtains remain in a box and are not fitted as they should be.

United Kingdom | 23 February 2025The curtains and blind have greatly enhanced a bedroom and the bathroom. They were fitted with care so that the curtains hung probably without creases. They were fitted quality is first class. The blind in the bathroom was seen as the solution rather than a shower curtain. It works brilliantly.
