My 90 year old Mother had the full house done by David 119833. He was very nice and at the outset things looked fine. Now however things have been noticed and issues are happening.... For instance on nearly every blind the "bobbled string"connecting piece, goes UNDER the wall cable stay ,rather than just moving freely. This has resulted several times in the connector bursting apart - and me arriving finding it on the floor.Its just poor manufacturing/ positioning of the connector. It's not rocket science.... Secondly the patio door blinds when fully opened - you end up with the string hanging down in a loop. Why because the two cables are of dissimilar lengths in the cable stay - again hardly rocket science. Lastly one small blind has been put on with the controls at the least logical side. I certainly didn't say put them there... If anyone wants to contact me to resolve this - feel free..As it is, I am unhappy with my Mothers job. BECKY - I AM THE POINT OF CONTACT. Why don't you do the obvious thing and ring or eMail me with the details I have provided you with, rather than pass messages back and forth on here.....????

Alpit arrived on time and fitted our chosen roller blinds. He did an excellent job, no mess and Alpit is extremely polite and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend him and Hillarys Blinds.

Having used Hillarys before, didn't hesitate to contact them when needed a blind for the new kitchen. Lemur, advisor 117 619 , came to measure and provided samples and some guidance on choice. Having chosen and ordered, a date for fitting was set. Always arriving punctually with notice on eta, the blind was duly fitted without mess or fuss. An excellent fuss free service throughout.

We had a great experience. Steve 119155 was able to accommodate my schedule for the initial appointment. Steve brought a long a big selection of materials to help me choose and made it very simple. Quotes last 3 months, which is great, and there are different payment options. The fitting was fast and I am pleased with my blinds. We will be using Steve again.
