We ordered wooden shutters for two front windows and a perfect fit blind for our bathroom 9/12/24 The fitter as sent to measure for the shutters to be fitted 24/03/25. A different fitter was to measure for the bathroom, but it was impossible to arrange I was flexible to his requests but he did not turn up, eventually after several phone calls to Hillary's and broken promises to me and my husband, of it being sorted, the shutters fitter, Dave, came and fitted the perfect fit blind on 07/02/25 It was accctually sent incorrectly cut ant the fitter had to adjust the problem to save us waiting even longer, Dave was the best service we have had from Hillary's very professional. I hope that there will not be any problems with the Shutters when they are fitted.

Tony, our fitter, was polite and helpful. He worked in a very clean manner and took time to make sure everything was right for us. He explained thoroughly how to work the controls and didn't leave until he knew that we were set up, ready to go .

Very positive experience with Hillary’s and their local agent State 118970. Agent was very good at advising on colour and style and was quick and clean when fitting our beautiful Roman blind. Would definitely use them again

I was completely surplus to requirements when it came to choosing what to have (rollers and roman blinds). The gent made suggestions that were tip top and look so good. His experience really showed. They didn’t take long to get made and he put them up with no mess and no drama. Bloody marvellous.

Everything went wrong. I ordered blinds for 2 rooms in my house as I thought they were a very respectable company. It’s the worst money I have ever invested in my life. All my friends and colleagues can’t believe how bad they are. They tried to sort the problem out and then gave up. My advice is please do not order anything at all from them.

Our Hilarys advisor, IGLOO SP, gave us great advise on the Shutters and helped make up our minds on Windsor Shutters. He went through the benefits of each shutter type and slat sizes. Overall he was very friendly and knowledgeable about shutters. We had a great experience and would recommend Hilarys based on our experience with IGLOO SP. The next phase is delivery and fitting of the shutters which we are expecting to go just as smoothly.

Great experience with Hillarys. I can highly recommend Adrian Butler 119164 who attended to measure for blinds and gave good advice on colour/material. Adrian came back to fit the blinds and did a really great job, no problems at all and was very professional. I am really pleased with my blinds, great quality and well made.
