The regulator was ordered in the afternoon Sunday when the store was closed. The replacement part was delivered before noon on Tuesday. The price of the regulator and hose was a lot cheaper (including the shipping to Toronto), which saved going downtown and fighting the Toronto's bumper to bumper traffic.

Your tech support is not very helpful. The customer is not as knowledgeable as your product support people are or should be. When ordering on line, if the customer has the serial number of the product then the right part should show up.

Wasn't notified that a part ordered in early spring had arrived.

I have no good comments for this company. My original order was changed internally without communicating with me to know if it was what I needed. I received an incomplete order with wrong pieces. I sent so many emails explaining what was not correct, sending photos of received items time after time and what pieces were needed. After 2 months, I called again the clientele service and was answered in a rude manner by Jacob. I re-explained twice to him and he finally understood. I asked why the service did not call me to know what was the issue instead of asking the same thing email after email; he told me that it was my responsibility to call. I responded that a company that is keen to give a good service would have someone call me. He refused to acknowledge the responsibility. Finally I received the requested pieces. So on a score 1-10 (10 being highest score) I give a score of 1.

Ordered a thermostat for my napoleon grill and was the exact fit. Although the temp gauge needle is slightly smaller this product is working as it should. Definitely recommend them
