Everything was fine

Bought a green egg a month ago, first one delivered was damaged and the delivery guys had not delivered a green egg before, so they carried it wrong by the hardware which the instructions state no to do. The bolts were over torqued and damaged. They then replaced it with a further green egg with new delivery guys. Same thing again, the delivery guys did not carry it as the green egg mfg. instructions stated but by the hardware again and then gave me attitude when I advised them of this issue. The second one has a chip at the bottom of the kettle. I reported this to head office and capital bbq but no reply yet.

Everything was ok, from the begenning to the reception of BBQ. nothing was missing or damaged...

Parts are always in stock, including parts that cannot be found elsewhere for my Napolean BBQ. Great communication via email about shipping status. Shipped quickly and arrived well packaged. Will definitely buy from the again.

Bought a rotisserie for a Napoleon BBQ and was told there was a Shish kebab wheel in the box. After getting the box there was no shish kebab wheel . Upon questioning the person who confirmed to me before buying,I was given a sorry ass answer that the forks of the rotisserie was what the said s k wheel was.I would have been better off with Amazon. I was sent a sheesh kebab wheel later so I am sorry if I jumped the gun.Thanks to all you guys for rushing my sheesh kebab wheel to me .Sorry guys but thank you.

still waiting for my product to be available. waiting 3 weeks after I paid for the order. Previous order took 2 months to be delivered. I got my order they explained it was shipping other than delays for specialized parts this place is excellent and has all the parts I need for my Kamadoe Joe. Great Place to get specialized BBQ parts. Will continue using them.

Order included 2 BBQ covers which were not included. One BBQ arrived damaged. That being said the General Manager shipped covers and promised to order part and repair damage

My overall experience has been great with a couple exceptions. 1. The bbq I ordered was delivered via another store in Hamilton. There was absolutely no warning of this delivery. It was coincidental that I happened to be home and could accept the delivery. Had it been the next day unannounced it would have sat unattended in my driveway (hopefully) for 3 days. 2. One item has been back ordered. I receive absolutely no updates. I have received only 2 updates and only after I ask. On both occasions it was anticipated in 1 to 2 weeks. Those time periods have both elapsed with no delivery or updates. I will reach out again next week but wish they were proactively managing their obligations to their customers.
