Wir sind von Neu Delhi nach Wien geflogen und hatten einen Zwischenstopp in Abu Dhabi. Alles hat super funktioniert und das Essen war für Flugzeugessen wirklich sehr gut. Wir hatten ovo-lacto-vegetarisch angegeben und haben das Essen auch so bekommen. Beide Flugzeuge flogen pünktlich weg und kamen rechtzeitig an. Wir bekamen bei jedem Flug (Economy) Decken sowie Polster, hatten ein ausreichendes Entertaining-Programm mit den Bildschirmen und obwohl wir 1,82m und 1,83m groß sind, war auch für die Beine soweit Platz. Würden jederzeit wieder mit Etihad fliegen.

There app was not working. Extra luggage went from £40 to £100 for 5kgs. Spoke to Etihad a few hours later and they said I should have complained sooner. The food on the flight was not fit for human consumption. Some vile pastry tomato bake. And a chicken curry. But the chicken was not chicken it was like a processed meat of some kind in a very watery bland sauce. I’ll normally eat anything but not on this fligh worst service I have had. From any airline.

Ich muss sagen, dass ich die vielen negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen kann (weswegen ich gerne meine positive Erfahrung teilen möchte). Ich bin jetzt insgesamt 4 Mal mit Etihad geflogen und hatte durchgehend positive Erfahrungen. Die Angestellten sind alle freundlich, das Essen ist lecker, das Boardprogramm vielfältig, alle Flüge waren pünktlich und jedes Mal gab es sogar eine Art "Goodiebag" dazu mit Kissen, Decke, Handcreme, Schlafmaske etc. ich hatte mich (aufgrund der vielen negativen Bewertungen) aufs schlimmste eingestellt, wurde aber stattdessen nur positiv überrascht! Ich würde wieder mir Etihad fliegen und kann die Airline nur empfehlen.

Booked return tickets between Amsterdam and Doha transiting in Abu Dhabi in Sep 2024. 1. Being charged three times for one simple flight date change, waiting for refund: needed to change return flight to a different date so made the change and payment online; waited till the next day still didn't receive change confirmation and system showed old date; contacted customer services and said it's a system error that I would get refund within 7 business days and can just try again, so did I. The same thing happened again! Made a second payment and nothing happened. Had to contact the customer service again. Only managed to change when the customer service sent a payment link via email. So now I've made three payments for one simple date change which should be less than 2 minutes for other airlines. Still waiting for the first two to be refunded as they promised 2. Rejected at boarding gate as "no show", and was requested to buy new tickets for the entire journey despite there is plenty time to get on next flight from Doha to abu dhabi and take the second leg from abu dhabi to amsterdam: Now with the new flight, I arrived at the Doha airport and was told the check-in desk closed 7-8 mins ago. The airport staff was kind enough to have helped me along the way including security check, passport control, etc. so I eventually made it to the boarding gate while they were boarding the other last passenger. I was rejected by the boarding desk with the reason that their system has closed, and I would be "no-show" while I was literally standing in front of the gate!!! Not only that, when I asked to be put on the next flight as there is sufficient time to capture the second leg from abu dhabi to Amsterdam (there is 7.5hrs transit time), I was then dropped by the ground staff to an office with passport taken and he just left and asked me to "contact online customer services". In the hour waiting, I tried two different chat agents - one told me that I can just buy a new ticket myself, another one told me that there is only business class for the next flight while I can see online there was economy. Fed up with online chats, I called the customer services and told that the third version, which is that my second leg had been cancelled since I was a "no show" and I would have to buy the new tickets for both legs quoted a price higher than a direct Qatar flight from Doha to Amsterdam!! Sitting in the airport at 4am, with all the time spent with this airline, I decided to purchase a direct flight on the spot with Qatar airway from Doha to Amsterdam with better time slot, better price and better services.

I opted for Etihad Credit instead of a cash refund when the Covid-19 pandemic derailed my travel plan in 2020. When the credit expired, I lost RM1,808 without having flew with Etihad Airways at all. No airline should penalise me for not being able to afford to travel before my credit expires. It's unethical, unfair and enriches the airline at the expense of customers like me, whose livelihood was already hard hit by the pandemic.

Worst customer care. Inspite of buying refundable ticket, our refund has still not been processed for over 9 months. The customer care reps just give the same answer everytime we call, there is no SLA for adressing a concern and no responsible person to speak to.

£1800 return flight for me and my wife, on the Outbound we paid and extra £250 for extra legroom, then on the return flight we were separated on different seats far from each other on the plane. Ridiculous since lots of people on the flight didn't know each other so why are they now separating people who booked and paid together?

Pessima esperienza di viaggio e disastrosa e poco professionale assistenza clienti: volo cancellato a poche ore della partenza senza alcun avviso (accorti perché non riuscivamo ad effettuare check in). Ore al telefono senza alcuna soluzione anche lontanamente vicina a ciò che avevamo comprato.

12 Stunden Verspätung aufgrund Flugzeugdefekts. Keine Entschädigung für entstandene Hotelkosten, Arbeitsausfall am Folgetag, keinerlei Reaktion der Airline.

I traveled from JFK to Mumbai and back on the same route. On both routes I had specifically prebooked my meal preference of Hindu meal. However on both routes I did not get the preferred meal and was offered the general meal. It was manageable while going to Mumbai but on the way back I had made sure I prebooked my meal and was offered either a lamb meal which I don’t eat or paneer and I am allergic to paneer. I literally had nothing to eat for 13 hours of the flight. I requested the staff if they had any snacks they could give me once they finished serving the meal to everyone and she said she would get me something but no one got me even a pack of cookies or chips. I was told that the meal being served to all is the meal I had asked for which is NOT true. I don’t see the point of booking a meal 2 days before the flight if I am anyways going to be served r the regular meal. No one even bothered to come and find out if I was ok or neeeded anything given I hadn’t got a meal for 13 hours. This was my first time via Ethiad and I was totally disappointed

Pensaba que era una compañía seria, porque los vuelos no son baratos. Ida con retrasos y vuelta nos dejaron tirados en abu dhabi, la gestion de hotel, vuelos, atencion del personal patetico. Voy a reclamar pero no volveré a volar con ellos. Poco serios, mala.gestion, mala ayuda y poco eficacez.

Etihad verschiebt nun zum vierten Mal den Flug MUC-BKK. Waren es bisher nur Stunden, ist es jetzt ein ganzer Tag. Auf Nachfrage bei Etihad wer für die Kosten des Bahntickets und gebuchten Hotels aufkommt (nicht stornierbar) ...Etihad nicht! Eine derartige Häufung von Flug Änderungen habe ich bisher noch nie erlebt. (nun weiß ich auch warum hier auf dem Portal die Fluggesellschaft negativ bewertet ist)

Compagnia aerea di truffatori fatti e finiti. Non prenotate con loro sono dei ladri. Ho prenotato un volo a/r in business class effettuo il pagamento con bonifico alla società indicata dopo 15 GG il bonifico non è pervenuto i soldi mi sono stati ovviamente prelevati dal conto chiamo il penoso servizio clienti di Eithiad e mi dicono che la prenotazione non risulta poi mi dicono che di prenotazioni ne risultano più di una,poi mi dicono che non posso cambiare il volo xchè ovviamente è aumentato e la cifra non è stessa!!!! Se entro 8 GG lavorativi come loro hanno dichiarato non mi tornano i soldi sul conto parte la denuncia x truffa!!!! inaccettabili ladri gentaglia non seria

Customer service managers need to be retrained. They want to argue with you instead of helping you. They didn't give me all my options with regards to re- booking ( $200 not offered) no show because my connection was delayed cost was $2000 and a refund of $45 after paying $772. Got stuck in Dulles IAD and had to rent a car, get a hotel room and rebook tickets appx additional $1000. They did nothing to help, misinformed me about my options when I called 3 hrs before the flight left to get my options as I want going to make it to catch my flight from Charlotte due to bad weather. I will try , as much as possible to avoid this airline. They will soon go broke with this type of service. I've flown Emirates and Qatar... never an issue. They have people you can talk to at the airport. This 1 star airline has no one, a 800 number that dosent work and a customer service manager who want to argue with you rather than help you. AVOID THIS AIRLINE. I admitted that it wasn't their fault that my connection was delayed. What I told them was I didn't mind paying the $200 change fee for the ticket but wasn't informed about that being a choice when I called 3 hrs before the flight departed. HORRIBLE AIRLINE SERVICE

Etihad is a scam airline. I got a credit for a flight that was canceled - over $4.5k - Then they changed the travel bank system and emailed saying the system would be unavailable for a period of time and I would receive my new login details when it was back up. They didn't send me any further information nor did they respond to my customer service emails. During this time my credit expired and they refused to extend it - they are thieves and scam artists - avoid booking with them - and if you do have to book never accept a credit - you will never see the value.

Ich (23) bin mit meinem Freund von Frankfurt über Abu Dhabi nach Jakarta geflogen. In Abi Dhabi hatten wir ein längeren Aufenthalt von 5h. Ich habe nach dem ersten Flug während des Aufenthaltes in Abu Dhabi am Flughafen eine starke Migräne Attacke bekommen, sodass ich mich mehrmals übergeben musste und starke Kreislaufprobleme in kürzester Zeit bekam. Ich habe mich ans medical center am Flughafen gewandt, welche mir eine Infusion mit Flüssigkeit gaben, Blutdruck gemessen haben sowie ein EKG haben laufen lassen. Als es bis kurz vor dem Flug nicht besser wurde, haben sie mir nach Absprache Zofran i.v. gegeben, eines der stärksten Antiemetika, in dem Versuch, mich flugfähig zu bekommen. Dies hat leider auch nicht geholfen, sodass sie entschieden haben, dass ich vorerst nicht fliegen kann. Etihad organisierte mir und meinem Freund ein Notfall Visum für Abu Dhabi und brachte uns beide mit einem private Driver ins Krankenhaus, wo ich sofort aufgenommen und professionell behandelt wurde. Hier wurde erneut Blutdruck gemessen, ein EKG geschrieben, ein CT gemacht, um schlimmeres abzuklären und dann wurde ich in ein eigenen Raum mit meinem Freund gebracht, wo ich stundenlang geschlafen habe, während sie mir weiterhin Flüssigkeiten, Schmerzmittel und Antiemetika i.v. verabreicht haben. Circa 6h später ging es mir wieder wirklich gut, ein Arzt musste mich als flugfähig erklären und es hat uns der private Driver erneut abgeholt und zum Flughafen gebracht, wo wir auf den nächsten Flug nach Jakarta, genau einen Tag später als unser eigentlicher Flug, gebucht wurden (Sitzplätze nebeneinander). Für die Übergangszeit hat Ehtiad uns ein Hotelzimmer nah am Flughafen organisiert, wo wir die Zeit überbrücken konnten. Für all dies sind nach der Reise keinerlei extra Kosten für mich angefallen. Ich bin unendlich dankbar, dass Etihad in dieser schrecklichen Erfahrung alles für mich und meinen Partner reibungslos organisiert hat und uns nicht getrennt hat! Ich habe mich gut und professionell behandelt gefühlt, auch so weit weg von zu Hause. Ich war darauf eingestellt, dass nach all dem hohe Kosten auf mich zukommen und war gewillt das auf mich zu nehmen, einfach dankbar für die Organisation während es mir so schlecht ging. Doch auch hier hat Etihad mich mehr als positiv überrascht. Ich werde dieses Erlebnis und die Unterstützung nie vergessen und jedes Mal wieder Etihad als Fluggesellschaft wählen.

Flug nach Abu Dhabi war in Ordnung (obwohl ich am Vorabend eine Sitzreihe für mich und zwei Kinder eingecheckt habe und es beim einsteigen wieder verworfen wurde...). Allerdings haben wir eine Pauschalreise gebucht mit Hotels und Programm. Zwei der drei Hotels ware gut, eins absolut katastrophal. Organisation der Reise leider sehr schlecht und voller Verkaufsveranstaltugen (anstatt Städtetrip). Bei der nachträglichen Reklamation und Beschwerde keinerlei Einsicht und Entgegenkommen, sondern Verweis darauf dass es das ist was die Deutschen mögen... Echt jetzt???? Das war meine erste und auch letzte Reise mit Etihad Holidays
