Came round the day they said they would, very promptly, and fixed my oven when the heating on it had broken (fan went on but it wouldn't heat up). Got an appointment within two days. Great service

They replaced the thermocouple on my CDA oven yesterday. The engineer was adept at accessing a small kitchen space, and really helpful and friendly - and now I can cook dinner properly again, yey! (If only I could now afford to do so...!)

The technician turned up and quickly identified the issue. He was very methodical and explained how the unit was shorting out. He then corrected it and now everything is okay.

Charlie was excellent, he was very friendly and fixed our oven quickly and efficiently.

My dishwasher broke on Saturday, I contacted Amica on Monday.They arranged for Capital Repairs to get in touch. 2 days later and my dishwasher is all fixed. An engineer came round and he was excellent. A piece of broken glass had got into the pump and it was blocking the drainage. He explained everything so clearly and gave me a tip to check the filer is always tight. Apparently the make I have is prone to having the filter come loose. If everyone was like him (Steau Bucharest fan), it would be great. Honest, quick and efficient.

This was the 2nd visit from enineers to our Zanussi dishwasher. 1st was '0800' did nothing just said it was mother board. These guys send Stuart, and he found the fault within minutes of seeing it, it was the plug socket, no issue the dishwasher at all. Very friendly and chatty. Very happy customer.

Seal came loose on my washing machine. Called them on the monday morning, came out tuesday morning and fixed it within 30 mins.

As usual Capital Repairs were very helpful in all aspects of the dealings Elmfield Church had with them, repairs to the cooker and advice about a new dishwasher and installation of it. However, the promised call before the engineer was arriving did not happen today.

It was excellent. The engineer let me know when he was on the way and he repaired my washing machine without any difficulty. it all went very smoothly.

The dates for repairs were changed more than once due to the limited availability of engineers caused by Covid infections but when he arrived, Stewart quickly diagnosed a blockage in the drain pump hose. He didn't have a replacement but effected a temporary repair that enabled the machine to be used immediately. He returned a couple of weeks later with the correct items and promptly completed the work.

On booking was told it would be done next day, but when I phoned on the day told me it not booked till Friday unfortunately wasn't able to change plans so repair was not carried out until the following Monday, no complaints about the engineer he done the repair in good time.
