Stuart came to fix new hinges to the freezer door of my Neff integrated fridge-freezer. I chose not to use the manufacturer's repair service due to a previous bad experience, and could not fault the service received from Capital Repairs. Stuart was super efficient and courteous throughout. Very highly recommended!

Marcel came to fix our gas hob and was very quick, super helpful and even checked all other appliances in the kitchen for us while he was here, as well as explaining what he was doing so that we knew how to fix or maintain any issues ourselves going forward. Highly recommend his services! Thanks

Not happy with my experience. The engineer was very polite, but totally misdiagnosed my problem with my fridge freezer, he said the appliance was not worth repairing as it needed a new compressor, cost me £94 call out, decided to get Bosch to visit which costed £95 call out to tell me I had a faulty regulator with which he replaced at no extra cost as the appliance was only three years old. It is worth considering to get the manufacturer of the appliance first before wasting money, the good thing was Capital could come next day where as Bosch took four day's.

Stuart from Capital Repairs came to do a couple of different jobs on our 20-year old oven. He was prompt, courteous and did the repair quickly and efficiently. Happy to recommend!

The ordering of our American style fridge freezer was straightforward, with follow up emails to confirm the date of delivery and installation. The team were polite and efficient and worked well together. They checked everything was working and left us with clear instructions. They also installed our fitted ovens a few years ago and we received the same efficient service then.

The engineer came out. They ordered a part it was the wrong part then I had to wait for the part to arrive. Further delays came when the gh e fixed one problem but the other wasn’t repaired. Had to wait another week for that to get repaired. In the whole process you have to sacrifice the whole day to wait for the engineer who calls you and hour or half an hour before to let you know of their arrival.

Excellent service, efficient and extra efforts made to connect the washing machine when problem of seized up stopcock encountered.

I logged a repair call out for our fridge/freezer and Stuart the engineer arrived on Monday morning, he was really great, totally smashing our expectations with his politeness, confidence and experience when carrying out the repair, also he left site tidy and clean, so I would like to say Well Done Stuart and Thank You!!
