United Kingdom | 29 June 2021Had a problem with extractor fan, Andrew came out first of all and was very honest about not knowing a huge amount about this unusual problem,however, tried and then ordered some new parts. Stuart arrived today with said parts and has repaired the extractor fan. Stuart was, professional, but friendly. Did a fabulous job and left everything neat and tidy. A thoroughly good company, with excellent staff.

United Kingdom | 11 June 2021The engineer Gabriel was the only one who knew what was wrong after 3 or 4 other engineers visited.I had to pay £119 for visits but if it had been fixed by the first engineer I wouldn't have had to pay as they would have done so in the forst 2 years cover.Why was Gabriel the ONLY ENGINEER to sort the problem out it is totaly unacceptable.

United Kingdom | 07 June 2021Good morning The poor rating is due to the 3 day booking of an engineer, the 1st engineer didn't fully diagnose the problem. Confusion over the booking of the 2nd engineer (was told twice that he was coming on Tuesday) who turned up on Thursday. The issue took far too long to resolves for something which was urgent.
