The booking site offered me late return insurance with Holiday Extras, which unfortunately we had to claim on. Despite providing documentation of a 24 hour delay to our booking, Holiday Extras have refused to honour the claim, will not communicate with us, and consequently we will involve the Financial Ombudsman.

United Kingdom | 18 January 2025I have used Maple Parking over 100 times now mainly at Gatwick Airport and not once have they let me down. I think that is a good testament. On the occasions I find them too expensive I opt for a return taxi. I will continue to use Maple provided they keep their rates fair.

United Kingdom | 18 January 2025DO NOT USE STANSTED MAPLE PARKING!!! Unless you want your car damaged. I wish I read review's. I didn’t expect this service at an airport parking company. You live and learn. Never again don’t make the mistake I made. I left my car with Maple parking Stansted for three days and when I returned at night in the pitch black winter with the car park being poorly lit and couldn't fully inspect the car there and then. When I went to use the car the next morning in the light my drivers side alloy wheel was curbed badly and even the sidewall tyre damaged and the whole car was absolutely filthy. They have caused at least £350 worth of damage and will not pay for the damages they did. Emailed there customer service to let them know this has happened whilst parked on site as there are 360 degree cameras on the way in and out. Unfortunately these images are clearly only to be used as proof nothing happened to protect their company as opposed to proving fault. I also have my own images to prove my car had no damage to the drivers side alloy wheel or tyre. They completely deny it and say the damage was already there. The photo they emailed me upon entry to there car park is not clear and is poor quality; and they can not highlight to me where the pre-existing scrapes, scratches/dents on the alloy are on there entry image. The entry image they provided shows my alloy and tyre without any damage. Are they blind! They move your car from where you originally park it, to an offsite place who knows where. Whoever moves the cars clearly treats them like they’re going to the scrapyard and doesn’t know how to drive or park a car!!! Dear Customer, “Your complaint was thoroughly investigated and evidence has been provided showing the damage was present upon you arrival. We recommend viewing the images we provided on a computer for clarity.” I have viewed the one image you provided on a computer. You have sent me one very unclear image. Please send me the other images highlighting your claim that the damage was present on my arrival please. Stop lying!
