Always reliable

I have used this company before without a problem, last night however they were a huge disappointment! I arrived at midnight to collect my car in a horrendous rainfall only to find that my car was parked outside the covered area! There was plenty of spaces available undercover where the kiosk was but nobody bothered to move it there for collection. We got absolutely soaked getting to the car and loading the luggage’s in after an already exhausting trip! The gentleman handing over the keys was absolutely useless and of no help whatsoever. So much for the “meet & greet” aspect of their service. I took a video and photos showing the scenario but unfortunately I am unable to upload it here! **my issue was looked into by customer services very promptly and efficiently therefore I have changed my rating from 1 star to 3

This is a good service. I took off from the North Terminal, and landed in the South. This was not a problem, l was told to phone the number on the card , which l did and the car was brought to the South Terminal. Very helpful

Easy to book, excellent price and really close to T5 as used previously!

Very difficult problem at the Orange car park at Gatwick South terminal on Jan 24th as the entrance to leval one was closed with barriers and I had to leave my car on the ground floor and go to the Maple site via the fire escape. But all though Maple Parking were unaware of the problem they said they would sort it out even though they didn’t know the exact location of my car.

Maple parking level 4 Heathrow are shockingly sh**. Be careful to read the confirmation before you turn up as when you get there, following signs for maple parking will lead you to the ground floor maple parking. If you go through here, you will get charged £20 and they won’t reimburse you. You will also have a hard time getting through to them when you get back into the UK. I was on hold all the way up until I reached their desk, pretty pointless. I’m now writing this review as I wait for my car. It’s been 30 minutes already and it still hasn’t turned up. Not the service you expect after a long flight.
