I had used Maple parking a few years back and was very pleased with the services I received as It was the first time doing this without my husband at my side. Have now booked again for march and am very happy with the cost of leaving my car with them again.

We have used Maple Parking at Heathrow since lockdown (4 times in total and due to use them in May of this year. The service, attitude of all the staff and the price are all factors we look at and of course knowing our car will be looked after while we are away. In all areas Maple do a professional job and we have never had an issue leaving our car in their care. Knowing we would be travelling from Heathrow on a regular basis and not wishing to pay the congestion charge we contacted Maple direct and arranged a loyalty card which gives us a discount when we book. Special thanks to Bianca in the office for sorting that out. Totally professional company and I have no hesitation in both using them and recommending them.

Great service! One of the staff, Shahid, called after we dropped off our car to say that he found a power charger on the floor. We asked him to put it in the car and we would collect on our return. Thanks!

An easy to use website. Great price beating many others.

Great service start to finish. Dropped my car off on the day of flying out. My return flight was delayed so I contacted the office to inform them. They advised me that it was okay as the booking was reserved until midnight the day of collection so I didn't have to worry. Car was ready and available for collection as soon as I got the transfer bus back to the car park. All in all, a very good experience and reasonably priced in comparison to others. Will definitely use again in the future.
