I have used Maple parking before so used them again for a recent trip to Cyprus. Easy drop off and even when my return flight was 40 mins late landing at 0130hrs at Gatwick a phone call once luggage had been collected and by the time I got to the car park ten mins later my car was there. No hassle excellent customer service and all instructions easy to follow. They may not be the cheapest but if you want peace of mind that your car isn’t going to be used while you’re away and it will be looked after then you have to go with Maple. I will not be using anyone else again. Used twice now and both times car was there on arrival excellent service

I have used Ace Parking for many many years and been delighted. Maple parking are now responsible for Ace customers. My experience on 6th October was terrible. No car on my return. Worse still no one knew where my car was. Waited an hour The complaints email address given to me from the assistant not work. Ace parking refunded me. Maple parking are sadly very poor. Disinterested staff. Grim

Decided to pay a substantial premium to park with Maple Parking after researching Heathrow Meet & Greet Parking. Their website, explaining their procedure and emphasising good customer service persuaded me to make a booking. I believe I received extremely poor customer service on drop off and will be submitting a complaint on my return. Sorry to say, first and last time using Maple Parking.

Apparently maple parking are the agents for purple parking, holiday extras and maple parking. No car on arrival, was told need to get bus to go to off site parking to collect. Not what you want after 15 hours travelling.

So easy to book . Quick and easy when arrived . Car always waiting when we come back .

Excellent service! Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars, on my return you have to go to level 4, I followed the signs for meet and greet but that is for another company. Both are on level 4 but completely opposite sides, so had to walk all the way back. So don’t make the same Mistake I did.

We booked parking with Maple as we were driving to Heathrow! The booking process is streamlined, and this is super helpful (we had to phone up) for anyone who's missed a bus etc. There was last minute availability and it was confirmed with details almost immediately.
