My partner and I recall the electric charge available when we left the vehicle as being 148. We returned from holiday 4th October to find that the vehicle only had 50 miles left. We have logged a complaint The gentleman we spoke to said the vehicles are only taken a few miles away ! We also noticed that the position of steering column had been altered as well as externals mirrors and the heating ! Too many alterations for a short journey!

United Kingdom | 03 October 2024Ease of booking and 10% off for first booking.Also we returned from Singapore yesterday morning and had to wait 40 minutes for a bus to our car park. The stand shares Maple buses and whilst we stood in the cold 3 Maple buses arrived. Two of them shared the same driver who chatted to us. We are going to Singapore again in February so cancelled our original booking and switched. Maple driver even helped unload cases. The driver in our bus didn’t. So it was a no brainer and well done that driver. Looking forward to February.

United Kingdom | 03 October 2024I dropped my Tesla Model S left hand drive at Maple Heathrow. Do not make my mistake with this company. I asked the manager if they can drive Tesla's and left hand drives. He said fully experienced. There was not a single mark or dent on my car. They handed it back to me with all 4 x wheels kerbed significantly. The entire right hand side was scraped and scratched by a wall. The wheel arch had come off partially and full length scratches along the off side. The drivers side and interior cabin was covered in mud and clay like residue. It was like a builder had driven it from a site. The steering wheel was all sticky and it smelled off burgers inside. This was a shocking service. The site manager (Sunny) admitted the damage and simply said email customer services by showing me a screen shot of an address on his phone. There was no after car or form filling. Maple Parking is an amateurish company. Do not take any high value cars to them. If you want to see my damage - email me and I will happily provide it.

Booked Park & Ride for Heathrow T5 - couldn't believe how close it was to the terminal - 5 mins & we were there - got to love a Bus Lane!

If you have to call them they are efficient and professional and you also earn a loyalty discount each time you use them. The procedure when you arrive at Gatwick North is always quick and straightforward and they are located very near to the escalator that takes you to the EasyJet departures area. Perfect!

United Kingdom | 02 October 2024Having contacted Maple Parking with the issues in the earlier review that I left (as below). Maple Parking promised a refund. Having provided my details to enable them to do so. It has never been received. Again - extremely disappointing Having paid for the meet and greet service at Luton Airport, all was fine when we dropped the car off. On our return however, having called to advise we had collected our luggage, we had to wait a considerable time for our car to be returned. Having queried this I was called by the person responsible for the return of the car and was very badly verbally abused. Furthermore the interior of my car was filthy. I was asked to direct my comments via the customer services email address, which I have done complete with photos and have received no response. Terrible service!
