United Kingdom | 25 October 2024I had to wait an hour for my vehicle to be delivered to Heathrow. A staff member informed me that I was eligible for a refund due to the no-wait guarantee. I contacted customer services and it took a whole 13 days and multiple emails to get a response. It has now been five weeks and I have not received my refund or any other response. Their service has been completely negligent. I shared my bank details with Holly, but did not receive any response. This is extremely concerning.

United Kingdom | 23 October 2024Very easy to find and access the airport. Poor experience upon dropping off car due to insufficient staff, had to keep chasing appeared to have mo organisation. Excellent service on return to collect car, it was ready and waiting for us. If the drop off is organised better I would use again however wouldn't recommend due to current issues.

United Kingdom | 22 October 2024The parking and transfer was very good, very close to terminal and good service. I was concerned when we arrived back and got into my vehicle. The radio had been changed to a different channel and all the heating settings changed and climate control turned off with heat up. I see no reason to do this if just moving around the site. I didn't record my mileage but appears car driven further afield or why else would this be done?

United Kingdom | 22 October 2024I knew the car would be taken to a different site but I was surprised to find the car had been driven 12 miles, so I guess Maple park their cars 6-miles away! I'm not sure how I feel about this as I did not know the car was going to be driven so far. Aside from that everything operated as it should, staff were freindly, the service was good and having an older car I did not have to pay the ULEZ charge.
