United Kingdom | 16 October 2024May well be one of the better prices but on the two most recent return journeys have had to wait in excess of 40 minutes for a bus, more aggravating to see two APH and Purple parking buses in the time we were waiting. Will certainly give serious consideration to using other providers in the future.

Czech Republic | 15 October 2024I have written to Maple parking and they have given the following response (out of respect I have removed names) Good Afternoon Thank you for getting in touch regarding your recent parking. I am sorry to see that your car has been damaged. I have attached some of our inspection pictures and made composite images with your own photographs, and it looks possible that the damage to both the nearside (passenger side) and off side was present at that time. The marks on the inspection picture are not particularly distinct, but do appear to be in exactly the same location as those shown on your own pictures, so are likely to show the same damage. Regards Maple Parking This is so not true, the photos they have provided are so unclear and if they saw any scratches surely they should have taken clear photos of said scratches. What they have provided is photos with reflections of the car park roof lights and saying that this is evidence that the scratches were present prior to them taking responsibility for the car. Surely as stated above, if they saw the scratches, they should have evidenced this clearly like the photos I have provided them. So far I am extremely upset and disappointed with the company and their inadequate response and supporting evidence I also have evidence from the onboard computer that my car was driven 2 times over a half hour space before any pictures were taken.

Even with my mistake you still managed to change the dates there and then and still take my car with no extra cost or hassle. This was fantastic service and the. United Kingdom | 14 October 2024I have being using Maple carpark in the last few years in Standsted Airport without any issue but my last experience in October wasn't pleasant because my car was very dirty with mud stains when I collected my car. I complained to the customer assistant in the reception and he followed me to view my car but was advised to complain to the customer service of Maple without any apology. It would be nice if Maple could introduce a self parking options in Standsted Airport.
