Took my teenage son to buy his first Gyuto. Christian was amazing. So patient, didn’t push the budget. He gave my son great advice and allowed him the time to try the knives and answered all his questions. As my son put it “he felt like a kid in a sweet shop”. Great products for the home chef as well as the professional kitchen. Order despatched promptly. The website is a bit hit and miss - took ages to find various items, some of which were unlisted. It took a LONG time for them to respond to my query - a couple of emails and telephone calls later - but when they did, eventually, they were very helpful and courteous.
