Really pleased with my car after it went to Motofix, Cirencester. It didn't have a massive amount of damage but Motofix repaired it like new. They also repaired some other damage to my car when I asked. They did a great job and car looks like new. They kept me up to date the whole time they had my car and my car was ready on the day they estimated. Car was lovely clean and tidy when I collected. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend them at Cirencester.

Really pleased with Motofix as an accident repair centre. Back window smashed on my convertible and it turns out the whole roof needed replacing. Tony and Rob were great throughout the entire process, liaising with my insurer and getting the repair done efficiently, while constantly updating me with progress. Couldn’t be happier, hopefully won’t need to use again; but wouldn’t hesitate if needed. Recommended!

I cannot recommend them highly enough! The repairs carried out on my 17 year old Golf were fantastic, it came back as new. I was away at the time of the repairs, they kept me constantly informed and e-mailed me photos of further damage they had uncovered once they had stripped it down for me to approve or otherwise. It was great that they understood that my car is my pride and joy and treated it as such. Despite the extra work the repairs were completed ahead of time. A special thanks to James and the ladies on the front desk whose input meant a lot.

After experiencing a bad accident with my car MOTOFIX in ALDERSHOT took charge of the repairs and have done a brilliant job. The catalytic converter on my car was stolen recently. The first garage I tried under my insurance was unable even to accept the repair job because of the difficulty in obtaining parts. My insurers then referred me to Motofix High Wycombe who took the job on and oversaw it from start to finish, although the work was carried out at Motofix Aldershot since mechanics at High Wycombe were self isolating. My car was collected six days after the incident occurred, when a replacement car was brought in its place, and returned to me one week later. Besides the repair the branches helped me to have a 'Catloc' fitted which will hopefully deter future thefts. The service was excellent from all the people I had contact with, not forgetting the amiable delivery driver. To have my car back in working order after only two weeks was a very pleasant surprise. So excellent service here and a full recommendation.

I have seen the positive, and i have seen the negative reviews for Motofix Cirencester. But i must say that the customer service and the quality of workmanship to remove 50 or so pin dents from my car after a particularly heavy recent hailstorm has been nothing short of remarkable. The car was collected last Thursday with a courtesy car supplied. I collected the car yesterday (Tuesday), and there is not a hint of the dents - all i believe removed from the inside of the panels - a huge amount of work, all done by hand. Craftsmanship at its finest. Thank you very much to all at Motofix - you have one very happy customer!

Just had some excellent repairs carried out by Ian and the team at Aldershot. Excellent communication through out the time they had the vehicle. Repairs look amazing as if the accident had never happened. Very pleased with the results.

Very pleased with the service and work carried out by Cirencester Motofix. Collected my car as scheduled, rang the next day to tell me how long they may need it for, it was delivered back two days prior to the expected date given, very pleased with the end result.

Good communication and a very professional repair. Car collected and delivered back at promised time. Valet was an unexpected bonus and much appreciated. Would have been 5 stars but to keep my car for 8 days for a simple rear bumper fix is stretching it a bit.

My car was hit by a third party and their insurance company sent my car to get fixed at motofix in Oxford. They kept the car in for weeks and did an extremely poor job. Manager at The body shop is highly unprofessional and unethical in his dealings. They brought the car back with the bumper cover not fitted but glued back. I requested them to fix it. The date they had to deliver the car back to me, they came very late in the evening .I did take some pictures quickly and the next day I realised the bumper cover was the same old one. They had lied to me that they have put a new bumper cover on. I also did realise a mark on the bumper as if something is pushing it from beneath. I presume that is the crash plate underneath. I contacted them and was asked to take my car back to motofix in Oxford which had done the job. The body shop manager spoke to me very rudely and said nothing could be done. then I showed him the pictures which were taken the day he dropped the car to me and zoom the picture to show him the same Mark even in those pictures he became very uncomfortable. I explained that it could not have been possible as as the mark is in the picture at the time the car was delivered. His behaviour became even rude and and I told him that I would report it to the accident management company which he replied by saying in a very threatening tone do whatever you like I am telling you nothing can be done go and complain to whoever you want. His shockingly unprofessional behaviour , threatening tone forced me to complain against them. They raised false invoices that they had bought a new bumper to fix on my car are which I know for a fact is a lie as the bumper had a slight groove on one edge which exactly is there on the so-called new bumper they have put. Not only that I also believe they have just painted the bumper cover and glued it back to the car without even fixing the metallic plate underneath the bumper properly. Taking the case to the obdsman service now. I would not recommend motofix Oxford to anyone in case your insurance company appoints them to fix your car ,avoid them at all costs extremely unprofessional practice, terrible timekeeping, very rude staff especially the body shop manager in Oxford.

Had bodywork done on an older vehicle and the job was done brilliantly. Did what they said they were going to do with great friendly staff. i would recommend Swindon Motofix to everybody.

We had our 'new' car briefly when someone drove in front of us causing an accident. We were initially apprehensive as our insurers suggested an overall management company to deal with the incident with recommended repairers and car hire firms. Ironically the one we were most concerned about was Motofix, (in fairness only because we wanted to deal with our own Dealership), however in the end they turned out to be the best of the group (some issues with the car hire firm etc.) They kept us in the loop with all that was going on with our car, texted us with times when collection was due, rang a number of times to inform us of where things were and at all times staff were courteous and helpful. Perhaps what people want to hear though is that we were also very impressed with the work done on the car, particularly as it was nearly new and it was returned like new. They also followed up with a phone call to see that we were happy and whether there was anything else they could do for us, all in all excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
