She look the time to listen to me and assured she would have H/O office call me on the matter. 20minutes Later I had a call from Sam - Customer Services manager who again immediately put her words into action, prior to dealing both Ladies I wasn't very happy. Sam followed up on the smallest things that others may of thought I might not of needed a call on. Today I picked up my (White KIA Sportage 19-plate) and it looks same as when I picked it up brand new from the KIA showroom, They even touched up some paint work as a good will gesture which was nothing to do with my claim. I am happy to recommend Moto Fix purely based on the customer services and how professionally my problem was resolved. Thank you Ladies my car looks great! I hope your Director rewards you both accordingly.

Took a star off as nearly didn’t book me a courtesy car, luckily I realised before and got it sorted with them. Quick repair and done well!

United Kingdom | 06 November 2020Just following up on my previous review. Motofix continue to tell me that this is not how they operate and it is all a one off and down to CV19. Not sure how a virus prevents people doing what they said they were going to do! This is actually down to sloppy processes, low quality staff and bad management Interestingly I just realised that they also repaired my wife's car about two years ago. This was also a total shambles. The final part of this was that when they returned the car back, they then drove off across the front lawn and when challenged told me that my wife told them to do this- a blatant lie.

There was a slight problem with communications when it came to returning the car. However when I complained they were understanding and compensated me for the trouble caused. I would therefore have no problem in recommending Motofix.

Their online service of providing regular updates to my mobile as my car progressed through the repair process was very useful and nice added touch. The body work they did on my car was to a high standard and I could not fault their attention to detail. They were so kind as to strip and repaint my wing mirror which had the lacquer pealing off, they did this as a good will gesture and as they were already painting that side of the car, it is rare to have companies do anything for free these days. I was very impressed. Additionally they finished my car a week in advance as they were aware I had to travel away for a conference. Jason and Nouman specifically were excellent, they were always ready to help and took extra care to make sure my questions were answered. I would highly recommend Motofix.

The staff I spoke to were polite and helpful. The repair was carried out in exactly the time that they said and the standard of the work is brilliant. The car was returned to me cleaned and polished all over, even the delivery driver said how nice the car was. Thank you Motofix!

United Kingdom | 09 September 2020Didnt even want to give this place a one star, I had a bump on my car, a gentleman went into the back of me, my car went via his insurance to motor fix Northampton,, after a few days they brought the car back, it had a mark, that wasn’t there before, they then tried to blame us and say it was there before, it definitely wasn’t. They said they had photos to prove this, but never sent them too me, they refused to correct the problem, please stay away from this garage, that have no care over your car. Very disappointed, and will make sure I tell people to avoid this place. Disgusting 😡

United Kingdom | 03 August 2020A lady drove into my car in June 2020. It was driveable, just needed minor bodywork repairs to one rear door. My insurer uses Motofix. This is a review of the Northampton branch. Motofix said my insurer needed photos of EVERYTHING. Photos of all four corners of the car, photos of the dashboard, photos of the dashboard with the engine on, photo of the VIN Number and loads of photos of the small bit of damage to the bodywork. I am disabled and in a wheelchair. I don't have a camera or a smart phone, and I couldn't do it. I drove to their garage and my father (elderly and disabled) came with me. In order to take photos of the dashboard the man got into the car. He totally ignored my father and did not care about social distancing. Very rude. The repairer I have gone with has not supplied any photos to my insurer. They only supplied a quote. It turns out Motofix were being economical with the truth. ----------------------------------------------------------- Sam just telephoned me 2 October 2020. She lied to me again about my insurers requiring endless photos. No apology for dragging me across Northampton. No apology for social distancing being ignored. No apology for their staff totally ignoring my father. She claimed their staff didn't know I was in a wheelchair. I said that was not true as I had put it in my emails to their Northampton centre. If you want an EXCELLENT coach works at an excellent price in Northampton go to Brockhall. The only thing my insurers needed from them was their quote. One piece of paper. NO PHOTOGRAPHS AT ALL. Here endeth the lesson.

Sat in the car ready to drive and cannot drive the car even to petrol station as they have left the car with no petrol. Just called the company to explain this as the car did have petrol when it was picked up. The lady stated they have paperwork. I am disgusted with this as a company why would you not leave a little in their just to get petrol station. I now have to walk to petrol station.

United Kingdom | 28 February 2020My car was hit from behind resulting in the rear bumper being damaged, after the car was picked up i had a call from motofix cirencester to explain thatna steel bar behind the plastic bumber was also damaged and would need to be replaced as well. The work was completed very quickly and the result was excellent, they had even taken time to give the car a quick clean inside and out.
