We found Southeast Financial through a LendingTree site. The 'quoted' interest rate and payment; I felt were not a realistic quote. We are in the Pacific Time Zone - Southeast Financial is Central Time Zone... so when we finally received the approval for the process, it arrived on a Friday when there were only 3 minutes remaining in their workday. Monday, the person assigned to our loan was out sick... Everything just seemed to take a LONG time...the longest loan process we've ever experienced with the exception of our home mortgage loan! I did appreciate the ease of uploading documents to the site and being able to 'track' the progress of the loan status through the website. I was very prompt in providing scanned copies of all signed documents, providing notarized documents, so there was no delay on our part. People that we worked with were very friendly and knowledgeable - that was much appreciated. I just really didn't anticipate this taking as long as it did (12 days from application submission to confirmation of payment being overnighted to us). Luckily, we had put a downpayment on the RV, and were purchasing through a dealer. If we had been working with a private party - I am sure the seller would not have waited through this process.

Only giving 5 stars because 10 wasn’t an option. After several wasted trips to Camping World, yes we were looking for our first camper so don’t judge, we knew there had to be a better option. So grateful for Corbin and McKenzie who made our small dream a lasting memory. Very professional and the process was a breeze. To reiterate…. DONT GO TO CAMPING WORLD!!!

The loan process took 8 days from start to finish. In my eyes was way too long to purchase a rv. I’ve purchased several homes and rental properties that didn’t take this long. I as the customer had to do all the work and I feel like the loan officer should have done the work. All that needed to be done was, who are you buying the rv from and what insurance provider will you be using. The loan officer then could have did the rest of the work.
