The process started out a little bit slow and was all online. I found it difficult to get ahold of anyone. But after that, as soon as my loan officer was assigned, things went very fast and there was excellent communication from everyone from there on out.

Everyone I had contact with was very communicative and available whenever I had questions. In particular, Brooke was great about following up with the dealership when responses were not forthcoming.
