As of today, 9/19/23, I have not received any communication or updates regarding my title/registration. I sent my documents in around 8/11-14 and they are still showing as "under verification." I've sent 2 emails and called twice. I've left 2 voicemails for my titling agent (Paige) and have not gotten a response. Her voicemail states she will be out of the office 7/14-7/17. I'm beginning to wonder if she ever returned to the office and who has my documentation. The entire process of obtaining the loan (including all instructions) was smooth and fast until it came to me getting the title/registration part. As of right now, my boat is still titled and registered under the previous owner as far as I can tell.

My RV loan was handled courteously and professionally. All promises and expectations were met. We still have to figure out to record a lienholder on the title in NY State.

Everything about our vehicle loan went wrong. At first the loan was denied when my credit rating is over 800. The loan was delayed due to the loan officer having to leave early and no one could handle it. After asking for a manager it was finally approved, but too late. We had to get a loan for 3 days with Capitol One due to SFCU dragging their feet. About a month after the loan was transferred SFCU started sending threatening letters saying we were required to send them the title when it was never in our hands. Finally, 2 months and several nasty letters later we found out the title was in at THEIR title company. Their title company received the title on 8/17/2023 and on 8/25/2023 SFCU was still sending threatening letters demanding the title to the vehicle within 14 days or they would "take other action" including "assigning this account to our attorney for collection". This is how they treat customers who have been members for decades. Very poor customer service. I'm in the process of closing my accounts and moving to another financial institution.
