So easy to use and very helpful staff

We had a fantastic experience with Southeast Financial. Kailey was our loan officer and she was truly amazing. She quickly responded to all of our questions, was always helpful and made the process completely painless and quick. Cheyenne was also extremely helpful and processed loan without any delay. At this point I am only leaving 2 stars because I have attempted for 2 days to get ahold of a lender that is working on our application and can’t get a single person to answer the phone. I’ve sat on hold with the phone ringing for over 15 mins until I’m prompted to leave a voicemail in which nobody calls me back.

My agent was stellar! I was having a hard time finding a used trailer which I had originally put my application in for...well when I did finally find a new trailer at a dealership I just tried to open up a loan with them. Their lender was awful! They never contacted me directly, just kept getting messages to the dealership and wasted three weeks of my time. I finally got fed up and messaged Kayla Weishaar...she was on it. Reinstated my application, got my loan and documents filed in a weeks time. I am so grateful for her service.

We worked with Tonya at Southeast Financial for our motor home loan. Our experience with Southeast was very pleasant. Tonya made every aspect of getting our loan really easy. She was there to promptly answer any questions by phone or email.

Corbin, Grace, and the whole team were amazing to work with! They all went above and beyond every step of the way. They were professional, courteous, efficient, and made the whole process so easy. Seriously cannot thank them enough for coming thru for us!

Our rep (Candace White) is very responsive and easy to work with. Our customer was approved at several other banks and one with a better interest rate but how she handle the communication and our customer it was an easy decision for us to use her.
