Kayla and Alison returned every call, text and email very quickly and were able to answer all of my questions. Good initial communication. Was confused at the end of process. Had some delays and miscommunication. Funds were sent to seller before transfer of the RV when I was told funds would be sent to me so we could exchange the funds for the RV.

The service is ok, but archaic. Everything must be printed and done in hard copy which, at 32 pages, is a lot. I don't know why they cannot come into the 21st century and use docusign.

Structured and well informed process of getting my loan for my 5th wheel. Communication was key to this process.

Let me begin with the positives. Those were Kailey and Cheyenne who did a great job walking me through this process. The negative is that Southeast only had one lender who could make this loan and due to State regulations (??) could only fund this loan for about 71% of my loan request.

Getting regular communications on the progress of our loan request. Easy to upload documents. Easy to use website. My loan request was processed quickly and when we hit a snag with the seller of the RV we were buying, they stepped in to help.

You got it done, but I was not made aware of the closing figures, or the name of the lien holder, until the very last minute when it came time to sign the documents. Also, last minute attempts to sell insurance for about 4 times more than Progressive gave it to me seemed out of place.
