Brooke was so easy to work with. The entire process from application, to close, to funding was a breeze. I was actually surprised at how easy it all was. I would definitely recommend SE Financial.

I received 2 emails from them offering an approval with terms and then you cant get in touch with someone. I received an email this am asking me if I was ready to proceed and then had a phone call from a rep needing to get more details to close my loan. When I finally got a hold of her, she said we cant move forward with the loan but wanted to refer me to a "loan ready" service.... be clear!

I found the people I dealt with throughout the process to be helpful and professional. The whole process was a little slower than I would have anticipated (2 weeks from application to check). I was informed about the steps of the process and kept informed as things happened. That communication was appreciated and helpful.

Fast and easy to understand process

If I had any questions they were there to answer! Brittany made my loan process positive! Will definitely use them again! Just be aware it is sometimes hard to get ahold of someone the same day.

Knowledge of the representative we dealt with , quick process and receipt of check was next day after all paperwork was done . They really have a great process and customer service down far better than anyone we’ve ever dealt with

This company didn't approve our loan because my husband consistently works overtime, but they refused to use that as his income. Therefore they wasted our time and denied our loan!!! Just a heads up if you work OT don't apply here!!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would! FOLLOWING UP TO THEIR RESPONSE- My husband has been in his field for 20 years and changed employers 7 months ago...... ridiculous reason!!

They lost the certified check and delayed us over a week. Killed our plans for the boat. Poor communication. Super slow process.

Bionca and Caydence were great! Very responsive and excellent customer service. They explained every step of the way in detail. Only critique that in the ages where we have Docusign and the ability to wire funds, using technology could’ve made the process smoother and quicker. Notwithstanding, I’d use Southeast again and would refer others as well.

I’ll give them two stars because Grace was amazing. Unfortunately, she’s not a loan officer and we unfortunately got Brooke. Her communication is horrendous and 4 days after having the loan assigned to her I called her because I never heard from her. She finally called and left a voice message. That’s not what they promise. Incredibly slow process and the communication is crap. We cancelled the loan.

From application to closing to finding. Seamless. Professional. Timely. I can’t say enough about the Nashville office and Tonya Eubank. They made it happen. And inside of a week we were rolling with our new camper in time for Father’s Day.

I have never used an online loan company before. I have always been skeptical of doing financial business with a banking business without having the face to face contact. I used Southeast financial for a boat loan and have been very pleased with the communication and coordination. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
