Excellent people working on our loan request all the way through the long torturous process! Next time we will use our credit union which for one point will have the money in our bank the next day! Process takes way too long! Almost lost the sale because seller was so frustrated.

After experiencing alot of stress navigating the world of Alternative vehicle financing, I was very tired. SE finance instantly changed that from the first interaction. Brooke and Kailey immediately took the initiative to handle things on my behalf making life easy! They were always a step ahead, making sure to loop me in and answer all of my question and concerns. This was my first time financing something in this form, and I was very nervous. After all of the initial stuff, I was seamlessly handed off to Ashley Ragsdale, and I also felt pampered with her service! I’m used to one good rep, but ALL 3?! She was on top of everything, making sure I was up to date, and the loan was processed in record time! If you want great customer service, with little worry, I would recommend them 10 times over. You can tell this entire company works FOR their customers. Very refreshing! I chose these guys with a higher down payment because they simply were the best!
