My scooter is running well after I screwed the wire going to the motorised wheel, they were quick to send me another wheel for free even if I broke it. Excellent customer service quick to reply, assist and resolve your issues. Thanks Hiboy

As a family of 6, we have owned many brands of scooters including Apollo, Razor, Segway, Glarewheels, Xiomi, and others.we have been riding electric scooter for over 5 years. This has led us to Hiboy. We have now had 7 Hiboy models (S2,S2 pro, S2 max, KS4 and Titan Pro). The quality and reliability has been unmatched in comparison to the other scooters we have owned, especially Segway and Apollo. We regularly take rides as a family and frequently 20+ mile rides!! The product has more than proven itself to us. Recently I had an issue with one of our scooters so I contacted customer support. From the start of the issue to the final repair, customer service was outstanding. The technical advice, quick response time, fast delivery of parts and the follow up from there team was far beyond my expectations. Can’t say enough good things about their product and support which is why we continue to ride and trust Hiboy scooters and look forward to our future purchases including another scooter and possibly e-bikes as well. Strongly recommend Hiboy products!

I made an order on August 7th, but I have not yet received delivery date confirmation. I have been trying to contact the customer service but there is no reply either by email or call. I paid the entire amount. Can someone help me what to do now.

I recently purchased a Hiboy P6 from Amazon. I received it about two weeks ago. There were some small parts missing and a damaged tire. The battery is also defective. It will only last about 10 to 15 minutes before dying. I am completely charging it also. I have sent about a dozen emails to HiBoy customer service. I have tried to contact them through Amazon and lastly called them 6 or 7 times. I only received 1 returned phone call and was told he could not help, I had to email them. I am so frustrated and never experienced customer service this bad. I love the way the bike looks, but it is no good to me if it does not work. I have been researching ebikes for about 2 years, before buy this off of Amazon. I hate when companies do not make things right. I have been saving money for this bike, only to be disappointed 😞 Update..Hiboy reached out to me to provide email address about a week ago. I haven't heard anything since. Very disappointed ☹️ Update August 22, 2024. I was told that a battery was being sent out within 2 or 3 days. This was over a week ago. I replied to "Joe" at Hiboy customer service to get an update. I have sent several emails within the last few days to a week. I am not getting any replies, just being ignored. Joe, if you see this could you please let me know if a replacement battery has been sent out. I will update my review if I hear anything or get a functional battery. Update 09/15/2024 😀😀😀😀 I should have updated this sooner. Customer service went above and beyond helping me get new parts, including the battery. This is probably the best customer service help I ever received from any company. With that in mind, I would definitely recommend this bike. I changed my 1 star to 5 stars due to all the help I received. Thank you so much Joe and Hiboy customer service!!!!😀😀

Rina has been assisting me for a while about my ks4 scooter! I have had the scooter going on about 4-5 years or so now and it’s my main form of transportation and I’ve had some issues with the battery and Rina and others at Hiboy have been in contact with me for a while now and helping me figure it all out and now my scooter is back in action! Thank you so much for your prompt and efficient service !thank you for your outstanding customer service

Already have broken brakes. Going to a bikes hop and hopefully they can fix it. Paying 900$ for a bike to brake in one week seems kind of crazy.

Elsa has gone above and beyond in ensuring my customer experience was above all expectations. The customer service I’ve received was prompt and responsive, helpful, and Elsa in particular provided many different solutions for my issue. I would highly recommend Hiboy products - buyers can feel comfortable that the products from this company will be appropriately serviced with proper customer service!

I CAN'T SAY I LIKE MY SCOOTER,NEVER RECIEVED IT EVEN IF IT SAYS DELIVERED. CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ONLY RESPONSE WAS TO CONTACT POLICE. ---UPDATE--- HiBoy resolved the issue. Finally got my scooter and it looks great. Still haven't tried it. I will update once tried. Changed 2 stars for 4 stars review for customer service. 2024-08-07

I was so impressed with Hiboy and their customer service that I had to leave a review (I rarely leave reviews for anything!). I purchased two S2 scooters over the holidays since they were selling at a great discounted 2-pack price. I didn't use them until July 4th weekend since they were for our beach house to scooter into town. To my dismay, one of the scooters wouldn't even turn on! I emailed them on Sunday, July 7th late evening, and early Monday I already had a reply. They told me to send a video and some pictures of the broken scooter, which I did immediately. A few hours after sending the video/photos, they responded and said it was a battery issue and they would send me a replacement immediately at no charge. The battery arrived literally at my doorstep 2 days later (I think they ship from Southern Cal, and we are located in Southern Cal). My husband replaced the battery and voila! Perfect - good as new. I was so impressed with this excellent and prompt customer service. Finally, I would definitely recommend purchasing directly from their website (not Amazon or 3rd party), because Hiboy had my order date and order number which I believe really helped in the legitimacy of my issue and claim. Thank you Hiboy! I will be purchasing two more scooters for our family of 4 very soon!

Hiboy has been an exceptional company to work with. In the last eight months, I have purchased four Hiboy scooters (2 Max Pros and 2 S2 Pros). In addition, my brother has purchased a Max Pro and a S2 Pro. All have been performing great. When minor issues came up,( i.e., Max Pro charging wires disconnected) Hiboy customer service was responsive, professional and courteous. New chargers were in the mail and arrived at my door within a couple days. (No charge) My family has been very satisfied with not only the scooters but the service Hiboy has provided. Overall an OK experience. After I got charged for the bike my card was charged twice again and I had to contact customer service. It was fixed but definitely some sketchy Chinese charges. Also my front disc for the brake came slightly bent out of the box and I have to adjust the brakes before every ride now. The brakes rub and front tire makes a weird annoying sound. But besides all that, the bike is a beast!

No response to emails when having issues with product. They will take your money and ship product fast, but just hope no issues arrive where you need assistance from there team

Hello I'm Davey Benton I bought one of the P7 I've had incredible experience I've probably been thousand miles in a about 1and half years since I bought it .I had some issues with brakes about thsd miles in but in all3 flat tires my back tire is almost showing through lol .I've ride in rain ,off-road everywhere and I commute still to work on it ,My only issue now is tht back tire ,I've added lights and mirrors fenders and basket .I'm very pleased I bought it (Ol ,Mercury) as me and my son call it has been nothing but dependable and I can't wait till I can get my next one ty HI boy P7 manufacturers

I had an electrical issue with my front wheel/motor 8 months after buying so I was still under warranty. A new wheel/motor was sent out after about 3 days and I replaced it myself. I’ve taken a few rides since with it and no issue. Service and timing were fast and very friendly.

Hiboy has the more amazing customer support. I've had many brands on my things, and none of them gave me this level of service. Accurate, fast and easy. I had to contact them several times, to make upgrades and because I had an accident and I broke some parts of my scooter. They could solve doubts and sent me the right parts to repair my scooter. I can honestly recommend Hiboy from all aspects.

I definitely do NOT recommend the scooter of this company, which has not eliminated my victimization for a long time!! This company, which DID NOT WORK before the end of the warranty period and did not offer a solution for more than 2 months, is definitely a headache. I stated my victimization on social media and they blocked me and deleted my comments. don't BUY NOT TRUST a product my friends! it is definitely NOT A PROFESSIONAL company.
