My rear fender hooks broke on my Hiboy S2 Pro and they sent me new ones (~10 days till they arrived), very good customer experience in my opinion.

I own 3 Hiboy S2 Pros, and they have been fantastic. I also have a Segway ES4, and I find the build quality of the Hiboy S2 Pro to be quite superior. Highly recommend, would buy again.

The Hiboy scooter is wonderful scooter at an amazing price. It has an amazing top speed up to 25mph. Overall this is a Wonderfull scooter and I highly recommend.

Purchased the Titan for our 13 year old son. He loves it and loves that he can ride it offroad. He broke one of the brake levers when it tipped over. I contacted Hiboy customer service and they shipped out a new lever with a video of how to replace it. Very pleased so far.

I bought two Hiboy Max3 Scooters for my two boys!! They absolutely love them. They are quick and sturdy. One of my boys ran into something really hard and broke a piece off of the scooter and I contacted customer service right away and they wrote back within the same day saying they would be sending a replacement part to fix the scooter at no charge! I am very please!!!! Thank you Hiboy!!
